Had a very quick stop over here recently. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations.nThe room was very well equipped and clean.nThe views were lovely.nHad dinner in the restaurant/bar. It was very nice.nIt had a comfortable, relaxing appeal.nCustomer service and housekeeping to be commended.

Novotel is in the very centre of Surfers Paradise.  We were close to everything we wanted to visit this weekend. The room was amazing. We were given an executive suite. The package included complimentary drinks and snacks.  The room was immaculate. The service was great. The only issue was there wasn't a power plug for our mobiles but the reception manager to find one and lend it to us. The price was reasonable even though it was a big weekend with the fireworks competition that was happening.

I stayed Novotel surfers paradise  for the Gold Coast Marathon, and it was a wonderful experience.nnAll of the staff, including the restaurant team, were incredibly kind and welcoming.nOn marathon morning, the drinks and fruit provided in the lobby were greatly appreciated.nnWhen I was leaving, I realized I had lost the luggage claim ticket. A middle-aged gentleman on the luggage desk kindly helped me without any hesitation. He was amazing .nnThe hotel really made marathon runners feel welcome. and that made my stay even more special. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories.nI will definitely be back and hope to stay here again for next year’s Gold Coast Marathon!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise.nI would especially like to recognize Michael, who assisted with luggage services during my stay. He has an outstanding service mindset, always greeting guests with a warm smile and a positive attitude.nMichael went above and beyond by recommending activities within the hotel as well as local attractions around Surfers Paradise. His helpful suggestions made it much easier for us to explore the area and enjoy our holiday.He made us feel comfortable and valued as guests from the moment we arrived.nThank you, Michael, for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay even more enjoyable. You are a great asset to the Novotel team.

My daughter and I went for a long, girl's weekend Fri- Mon. with Breakfast included option!! All facilities were open and easily accessible. Staff were friendly upon check-in, breakfast check-in, and check-out!! Pool was warm enough to swim in all weekend along with lovely weather! Close proximity to everything we needed from beach to woolies! Bed was comfortable and being on the beach view side gave us a gorgeous view each morning! They also included a complimentary mini-bar which excited us both! We will definitely be back with rest of family and maybe a solo trip for mum!!
