Amazing experience with our stay. Novotel is perfectly located in the middle of the Surfer’s Paradise action. Everything was within easy reach and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Views were spectacular, room amenities were great, friendly front desk staff and housekeeping respect privacy. Too cold to use pool so no experience with it. Overall a wonderful stay and would come back for our future stays.

Great location, handy to light rail and bus routes and at $1.50 a day for public transport, perfect and cost effective. Lifts were never busy or full. The restaurant served excellent meals and access to other food sources was only a few steps out the door, supermarket downstairs. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at Novotel Surfers Paradise! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We especially loved the buffet breakfast — so much variety and everything was fresh and tasty. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location , great shower, easy check in and out.nRoom was too dark to put make up on . No main light.nOnly one face washer and hand towel for two people so asked for an extra twice and got everything but what we asked for.nPhone didn’t work.nNo vegetarian savoury options in the cafe.

I have just spent 5 nights here and could not fault anything. My room was clean and spacious, check- in was easy with very welcoming staff, Isha and Michael were exceptional.nI had dinner at the Cafe tonight which was very yummy.nNovatel is in a fabulous location for older people like me because it is minutes to the tram, beach and shops.nI would highly recommend this place to anyone.
