Loved our stay, the staff are lovely and they have a cafe and bar on site!nnVery close to all attractions and the beach so perfect for sightseeing. Also just a far enough distance so you are not in the very centre were all the bars are which makes it a little quieter.

This was one of the worst hostel experiences in my life. I would not go there again. The hostel was not clean. The beds were uncomfortable and the water in the shower was not working well. The lockers on the rooms were unsafe. I would absolutely not recommend leaving valuables there. The location is alright but that's the only positive thing to say. The worst thing though was the mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom.

Overall the rooms were clean and well ventilated for a 20 room dorm, and location is good with some nice additional amenities pool, bar and lounge area. As it is a licensed premise you can’t legally bring alcohol into the premises, thus the strict no alcohol regulations. Most of the staff were friendly aside from a few odd charactersnnHowever, I personally really didn’t like the kitchen. Area is not well designed to keep flies and pigeons from swooping into the area, and it often looks unclean. Additionally, you’re required to surrender an ID to the reception just to use basic cookware pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. To me that feels like they don’t trust their own guests. On top of that half the microwaves and the other air fryer didn’t work.

Great hostel. Quick getaway to party. Didn't expect to meet a bloke name Luke who happened to stay here also and at Wicked Pub crawl. Great value for money. Just wish the top bunk i was on had power outlet. 10 min walk from Cavil Ave. Highly recommend great staff too

So unclean, far below healthy standards. I booked a private room for 2 nights. There was a partial bar of old soap, with brown hair attached to it I'm blonde, sitting on the ledge in the shower with some old cap next to it. I was grossed out but did not let it ruin my stay, so I brought it up with reception. Daniella was amazing, super lovely and helpful and agreed that it shouldn't of happened, having just checked in to a private room. I went about my second day, and after I showered I noticed there were actually 4 towels in the room. Two brown towels were hanging up in the bathroom one I had used the day before without thinking, and 2 white ones rolled at the end of the bed. So again I spoke with reception, and it was confirmed that the only clean towels were the two on the bed.
