Filthy kitchen with literal cockroaches in it (we counted at least four), beds have painful springs sticking up in them waking you up throughout the night (my back was sore every morning, I even developed a bruise). Smokers ignore signs and smoke right in front of doors. Kitchen sinks and one of the only two available bathroom sinks on second floor were clogged. Only good things were friendly staff, cheap coffee and free laundry.

My response to the owner: Oh, honey, this isn't an age thing. I've been staying in hostels plenty of times and know exactly what to expect. I do not expect cockroaches, filth, and mattresses so painfully awful they must've been collected from the dump. It's telling that your only answer to being confronted on such horrible conditions is ageist condescension. Do better.

This is the most neat and clean hostel I've ever been to. It's so beautiful and comfortable. Definitely stay here if you have the chance. You have a party room with beer pong and pool table, but also a chill spot with couches and a big TV. ABSOLUTLEY PERFECT.

Very nice Hostel! The Bathrooms are new and the kitchen is very clean :) so also the public areas are well furnitured  with big Screens, iMacs 👍🏼 also you can wash for free☺ amazing for backpackers. 

THIS IS THE FIRST PLACE IN AUSTRALIA,  WHERE I WAS ABLE TO CHECKOUT TIL 12:00😀

Central location, close to the shops in Surfer's Paradise as well as the tram stop. Rooms & facilities were kept very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free WiFi and laundry was also very good.

Really good hostel, fair price and beautiful place, 200m to the beach. The staff is kind and attentive, a lot of party deals and animations, the building was well renovated, the kitchen and bathroom are veryclean and usefull.
