I had the most wonderful and experience at this venue, the rooms are tidy and in a great location close to trams,shops and the beach all within walking distance. The night life and food shops also within walking distance.nEveryone that works here that I personally encounter was beautiful and lovely to talk with and have great knowledge of the area. The all you can eat breakfast was on point with nothing but fresh food salads and fruit. Always served with a smile and very polite.nThe greeting lady's in the main foyer are exceptional and lovely beautiful people, Thanks for all your service.nVery beautiful place to stay.
The location is great, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end.nnThe walls and ceilings are incredibly thin. We could hear people talking, cooking, and moving around in the room next door. Our room was extremely small and connected to the neighbouring room by an internal door, so every conversation and noise came straight through. Even worse, the smell of their cooking was coming into our room through the vents.nnWe spent most of the day out exploring, so it was incredibly frustrating to return around 8–9 pm hoping to relax and get a good night’s sleep, only to be kept awake by the noise, food smells, and a room that was freezing cold.nnThe heating never worked despite multiple attempts to report the issue. We were repeatedly told it was functioning normally, but it only blew cold air. We were also provided with just one warm blanket, which was nowhere near enough for the temperature.nnThe price is affordable, but when you factor in the lack of sleep, the discomfort, and the unresolved heating issue, it simply isn’t worth itespecially if you’re travelling with children.nnMy advice: spend the extra money and stay somewhere you’ll actually be able to relax, sleep well, and enjoy your holiday.
Not impressed at all.nnRoom allocated very noisy. Woken up every morning by rubbish trucks.nNo views.nTram noise intrusive.nnTV in lounge not working, asked for resolution, told maintenance will attend. Didn't happen .nnNo room service. Just like staying home if you have to make beds and put rubbish out.nnNo extractor fan in bathroom hence foggy when showering .
We like that the room was spacious enough for a family and we had a very lovely view of the ocean. We didn’t have a car and we loved that the hotel was close to trams and buses and the lovely food. We will definitely be staying there another time
Highly Recommend!!!! My husband and I recently stayed for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. We had booked through a travel agent but when we arrived our booking couldn’t be found turns out the travel agent had falsely advertised. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and we ended up booking direct. I didn’t get their names but both ladies working around 2:30pm on Sunday May 17th, the lady working around 10pm on Wednesday May 20th and the assistant manager, who helped us book direct were amazing!! Extremely helpful and patient and fantastic service. We were here to celebrate my husband’s birthday and were given a room on the 18th floor with an amazing view over the ocean. We have stayed at a lot of hotels but the Mantra Legends in Surfers Paradise is easily the best one we have stayed at. Already planning our next trip back!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!!
