The views are spectacular, and the location is perfect. We had a lovely stay here, though the beds were a little uncomfortable and my mother had to go out and buy a new pillow because she couldnt handle the pillows at the hotel. 
The amenities are great: three pools -including two outdoor and one indoor lap pool- a spa, a gym, and a games room. 
It's great having four lifts, especially with the amount of people staying there. 
The staff were so great, we managed to have a room ready by 7:30am, which was amazing because it meant we had a place to rest for a little while after our flight before getting started with our day. 
Overall, we had a great stay here, thought the views and convenience were by far the highlight of the hotel.

Great place to stay. However, if you aren't staying, just head to the top and have a few drinks at SkyPoint Observation Deck. Views are on point. We stayed here and were impressed with the service, housekeeping and cleanliness. Location is perfect, with the ocean a minutes walk away and the other amazing venues only a stones throw. Facilities are excellent, 3 pools, gym and poolside restaurant. Yes, you can stay there, you have my permission.

Great place to stay. The higher you go the better but be warned. Anything above level 70 you will be in the clouds on a overcast day and you will miss out on the beautiful views. 
Great friendly customer service also.

Q1 DAY SPA: After picking up my mother & partners mother, the whole day they would say how much they enjoyed their session and how lovely & professional the 2 therapist were (Apologies forgot one of the ladies name & Katie). This was their first experience for a full body massage. They both had the decadent duo session. To the Q1 Spa team - THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking good care of my mother & my partners mother. You ladies made them feel so comfortable & welcome!!!! All we heard were positive comments and how they would tell the lovely therapist or joke about their extra bits LOL. Thank you very much for your service. I will definitely be bringing them back again! Once again THANK YOU & keep up the awesome service. 🙂

Great holiday destination.
Good for family trips or a romantic getaway, clean apartments great views from the rooms. Good facilities, massive swimming pools.
You have to try the 77th floor buffet while you stay. 
Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling up North.
