Good location to shops, cafes, restaurants and tram services. Rooms are spacious, however feels outdated compared to reception/pool/hallways.nBiggest downfall is the lifts and room cleaning. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for the lift and don’t expect rooms to be re-done until after 3pm.

As someone who has visited the Gold Coast region of Australia several times, I can confidently say that my recent stay at the Pepper Soul Surfers Paradise exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I contacted the hotel's reservation Assistant manager, Mr. Matthew, I was impressed by his exceptional customer service and attention to detail.nnMr. Matthew was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process, accommodating my requests and ensuring that everything was in order for my stay. His friendly and personable demeanor made the entire reservation experience a pleasure.nnThe staff at the hotel consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a genuine desire to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the attentive housekeeping team to the knowledgeable concierge, every interaction left a lasting positive impression. Thank you, Mr. Matthew, and the entire team, for making my stay an absolute delight.

What an amazing location, the hotel has all the most exceptional facilities with Sauna and steam bath, the indoor swimming pools and the lively outdoor swimming pool in a great spot!,nWe had a beautiful appointment in the 54th floor and even though we had a bit of noise from the balcony up from ours, the staff did helped and addressed the issue with up the stairs guess! Thank you!nDefinitely coming back in December hoping to get an apartment a bit further from the lift and up and upcan’t wait

Place was generally great unfortunately the heating on the pool and jacuzzi not working so pool and jacuzzi are freezing! Wish I had known prior as this is a very essential  part of this complex and reason we booked so had to give a lower review.

Excellent location opposite the beach and within walking distance of excellent restaurants. We stayed as a family in 3 rooms. Room was cleaned daily, facilities were outstanding. Really makes things easier having a laundry in your room with small children. Maintenance even helped us with a broken pram wheel. Would definitely stay again. Having free parking underground was also a bonus.
