Bringing backpacking to a whole new level!
Welcome to Surfers Paradise’s newest hostel; BUNK ticks all the boxes and only a heartbeat away from the beach. Your experience is our priority; let us entertain you with daily activities and nightly events while accommodating you in comfort and class at Queensland’s most iconic beach location.
Our funky dorms are equipped with combination safes and USB points in each locker allowing you peace of mind when exploring our beautiful region. You’ll have privacy and a personal reading light while being able to charge your device at your bunk. Air conditioned and ensuite for those days when you want to chill out and a balcony with beach views to soak up some sunshine.
Take a load off and relax on our sundeck, dip in our cute pool and enjoy a chat with your new found friends in the hot tub. Cook up a storm in the state of the art kitchen and watch your favourite movie in our chill out areas. Call the family with free WIFI or just read a book in the garden.
At Bunk Surfers Paradise there’s no fuss just check in, chill out and party on.

I had an amazing stay at BUNK Surfers Paradise! The hostel has a great vibe – clean, modern, and perfectly located right in the heart of Surfers Paradise.nnA special shoutout to the reception team, especially Jen the German and Nikou. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Whether it was giving tips for things to do, answering questions, or just having a quick chat, they made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.nnYou can really tell they care about the guests and go the extra mile to create a great experience.nnWould definitely stay here again highly recommended!

The atmosphere is fantastic, the facilities are clean, and you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.nnA very special shoutout to Jem the German and Nickou – they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and great energy made my experience even better. Staff like them truly make a difference and make you feel right at home.nnThe shared kitchen is excellent, well-equipped, and always clean, making it easy and enjoyable to cook your own meals. Another major highlight is the pool and hot tub – the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Surfers Paradise.nnThe location is also ideal, with everything you need just a short walk away. The overall vibe of the hostel is social, welcoming, and fun.nnEveryone should stay here! Bunk Hostel Surfers Paradise is definitely one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. I would come back anytime and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on the Gold Coast.
Absolutely excellent stay at bunk. From the friendly receptionists greeting me and checking me in. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds and very private feeling. Clean overall nice modern rain shower. A very spacious kitchen. The highlight of my stay was the organised social activities every night, especially Rex who went above and beyond beyond to made sure me and my group had a great time!
Really enjoyed my time at BUNK surfers paradise!! Great amenities, super tidy spaces, primo location, and all the staff are so welcoming - especially Jen who was able to get me and my friends into the same room which made the stay even better. Would recommend this hostel and would stay again!
Great stay! Bang for your buck, honestly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Super clean, even though there aren’t curtains for privacy in the beds I still felt that I had my privacy. Pretty quiet place, and great location. Right in the centre of surfer’s paradise. Highly recommend
