Me and my partner booked in yesterday for our anniversary, the receptionist was lovely and very welcoming! maria, Rosa? they read our requests and we got a great result. Even got a nice card for our special night which was welcoming!! The view was beautiful, room was clean and very nice. I definitely recommend vibe hotel.. Will book again sometime this year thank you guys!!
The room was great for what we needed. Clean and comfy bed, nice views wonderful location. Unfortunately the air-con didn't seem to work as it should as we woke up very warm through the night and the shower/bath wouldn't work properly. If you wanted a shower, the water also comes out of the bath tap. Restraunt & bar. Vending machine in basement for snacks.
I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The reception staff were warm and welcoming, the bar staff were attentive, and the cafe service was flawless. Huge thanks to Daniel, Ada and Sophie for going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The only hiccup was during my spa time at 10:30am on Monday, when a staff member dropped some chemicals without explanation, I felt alarmed and decided to leave the spa. It was quite rude, although I understand the situation. However, despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic.
We originally booked this hotel for 2 nights for my birthday weekend.nnThe staff at the front counter was very rude to my husband, we lost our luggage tags and instead of offering assistance and understanding, he belittled by husband and talked down to him. He definitely should not be working in customer service. The initial guy who checked us in was also less than welcoming.nnWe thought we'd give it a chance as we wouldn't really have to deal with staff once checked in and in our room, but the room was not as advertised. It was basically like a motel room, the shower was in the bathtub and did not much space, the shower screen was pointless and the floors ended up being soaked. The room wasn't very clean, there were marks all over the wall and spiderwebs in the corner. The carpet had no underlay, so it was uncomfortably hard. The room also had bad sound proofing, we could hear noise from the hallway all night.nnWe ended up canceling our second night there and booking somewhere else because of this.nnConsidering the outdated amenities and overall poor condition of the facilities, the pricing seems unjustifiable.It's baffling how Vibe justifies its rates when competing establishments offer far superior accommodations at similar or even lower prices.
Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria at the Vibe Hotel Gold Coast, and I must say, it was a great experience! Making my booking directly with the hotel was such a breeze, thanks to Maria's assistance. She provided clear and detailed information, making sure all my questions were answered. What impressed me the most was the hotel's commitment to looking after their clients. It made me feel confident that I was making the best decision for my vacation. Thanks to Maria and the entire team for their exceptional service!
