Our stay at QT Hotel Gold Coast started off a bit stressful due to an issue at Reception. One of the staff members appeared unwilling to assist and made the bond process more difficult due to a problem with my card. Thankfully, the Manager stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure the matter was resolved, which we truly appreciated.nnThe hotel amenities are fantastic, and the food at Stingray was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was also sensational and a real highlight—until one of my friends encountered a rude barista who refused to provide a mug and hot water. That interaction definitely dampened the experience a little.nnOverall, our stay was great—QT is easily one of the best hotels we’ve visited. We just hope that in the future, all staff members can show more willingness to help and remember the importance of a warm smile. After all, that’s a key part of great customer service.

Stayed for a birthday celebration and paid more than we normally would so was expecting luxury.nUpon checking in we were told the balcony would be out of order due to maintenance. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know before the point of check in.nWas excited to use the Dyson hairdryer so decided to wash my hair but there was no shampoo in the bathroom, looks like they placed 2 body wash, and one conditioner instead of shampoo. Brekkie had a good selection but pastries were a bit dry and had to pay for a coffee as there was no milk coffee options on the machine. Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable and T2 tea was a nice touch.  :

We were on the Gold Coast for a conference and we were so happy with our stay at QT. The staff were all friendly and Hanna made us coffee like a Melbournian! Our room was comfortable as was the bed. The decor is so colourful and funky not boring and beige. Loved it

My favorite accommodation during my travels in Australia!nThe rooms are spotless, spacious and modern. The service is great and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast and the gym is nice too.nThe hotel is really well located.nI’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I had the most wonderful stay here!nnDuring this stay I proposed to her, and the hotel set up some beautiful rose petals, balloons and some complimentary champagne! It was stunning. The facilities are gorgeous and the products they use are great. Highly recommended- will absolutely be coming back for our next trip!nnThanks QT.
