Fabulous accommodation within a short walk to the heart of Surfers. Loved the pool area. Very clean and spacious room.  The staff were magnificent, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We got an early check in and late check out. Will definitely stay here again.

 Wonderful Stay!nnWe had a fantastic stay at Unit 904 at Sovereign on the Gold Coast! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.nnThe location was perfect — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a restful break. Booking and communication were a breeze; the hosts were great to deal with and made everything so easy from start to finish.nnHighly recommend Unit 904 for anyone looking for a convenient, stress-free stay on the Gold Coast. We’ll definitely be back!

While there seems to be a lot of negative reviews, this place was perfect for my mate and I, and being a bit cheaper than places in the heart of surfers it was quite attractive. The room was nothing flash but didn’t need to be, had very comfortable beds, good balcony/view, and a nice modern bathroom. Only about a 15 min walk to the heart of surfers, or a quick 5-6 min e-bike ride. Overall we were very happy with the value for money.

This is not a hotel. It’s more of a self-service apartment, so don’t expect full hotel services. They charge extra for room cleaning, which is not available on Saturdays and Sundays, and even for additional towels.nnThe kettle in our room was rusty, dusty, and still had dirty water inside. It was unhygienic and clearly not cleaned properly. The bathroom amenities were very limited. The shampoo and soap provided were extremely small and barely enough for one use.nnThe gym was also very basic and lacked essential equipment. There wasn’t even a treadmill.nnThe staff were well-presented and friendly, but please note that there is no 24-hour reception. If you arrive late, you’ll be charged an additional fee, which is not made clear at the time of booking.nnOverall, the location is decent, but for the price, I expected better quality and service.

Beautiful space! Perfect for me and my siblings, group of 4 with a 9 year old! The room is on the ground floor and is not close to the other rooms so that was great for us and I felt like we had the best space. We loved the room, it’s very spacious with lots of storage, not many plugs near the bed but we took extensions like we always do and it worked out fine. Easily accessible, we checked in late but were guided perfectly through the phone and checked out with a breeze. The people at the reception are always lovely! Super accommodating and helpful whenever we needed help. Vending machines had the essentials which is great! Swimming pool was perfect and closes at 9pm, the security guard was lovely and would let us know when it was almost time to close, also another perk of being on the ground floor is being close to the pools and entrance. There’s underground parking but you’d be lucky to get a park cause it’s so full and will need to find on-road parking so definitely something to keep in mind. Only downfall is you only get house keeping once, if you stay for week, after that is $35 anytime you want house keeping and fresh towels so we just hung our towels out every night. Besides that though, we had such a great big family room and highly recommend as we had no issues! We would definitely come back
