This hotel is the best hotel ever in coast. It was so luxurious and nice I thought i was in second earth. The pool is so fun and nice I spent several hours there. The restaurant is good. The buffet is so good I went there many times. The hotel makes you feel like a royal. Overall awesome place for a holiday but extra charging for parking steam bath and etc.

Tonight’s service was absolutely amazing!nWe wanted to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and we definitely chose the right place. The atmosphere was perfect with live music and delicious food.nThe service provided by Karen was beyond compare, she always approached us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her customer service was immaculate and truly made the night special.nThe food and drinks were flavorful and well presented. I totally recommend Marriott for a memorable evening!

We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our wedding anniversary at this beautiful hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely spoilt by the wonderful staff. Their thoughtful touches and warm hospitality made our stay truly special and memorable.nnOne of the absolute highlights was the salt water lagoon — such a stunning and unique feature! Crystal clear, refreshing, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping, it felt like our own little paradise.nnThe whole experience exceeded our expectations — relaxing, luxurious, and full of lovely surprises. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at JW Marriott Gold Coast! The hotel is perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need while still offering a peaceful, resort-style atmosphere.nnThe food was exceptional across all venues — from the lavish breakfast buffet to the beautifully crafted dinners. Every meal was a delight!nnWhat truly stood out was the service. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely friendly — always ready to help with a smile. The attention to detail and care they showed made our stay feel extra special.nnThe resort itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offering a true sense of luxury and relaxation. The lagoon-style pool is a highlight, and the overall ambiance is both elegant and welcoming.nnHighly recommend to anyone visiting the Gold Coast — this hotel is a real gem!

This place is not good. Room wasn't ready at 3p. No effort to accommodate with free drinks or anything. They said we can give you access to the pool...that's not helpful I'm dressed in pants! Pool bar closed at 4p. They don't provide coffee in the room. They have a steam and sauna but you have to pay 45$ for 1 hr. Parking is not free for members. 40$ for continental breakfast per person. They don't serve alcohol until 11a. I mean my experience has been pretty crap so far...good location. Good view. Roomy accommodation. No kitchenette.nnUpdated 7/24/25:nnI don't think 1 star is fair. Updated to 3. Did not reach out to number provided by management.
