lovely resort, great views of the beach and sea. rooms are spacious and well maintained. good facilities except both spa pools are not as warm as i would have liked and there is no way to turn off the bubble jets, they are on a timer tram stop literally outside the back door which is great for travel. there are no stairs for guests like myself that don't like the elevator. overall great experience here.

Our room was amazing. We booked specifically for an ocean view and boy did we get one! It was an amazing view. The room was nice and big, and clean. Only downside was the cockroaches. Unfortunately plenty of them but they honestly didn't really bother us too much thankfully. The shower was a little fiddly with the hot and cold temperatures but it was a good shower. Pools were nice, though the indoor one needs a little cleaning. I honestly can't really fault our stay. Staff were super helpful, the location was so good and everything was super easy.

What can I saynMe and my kids love coming to mantra sun city.nMy kids love the outdoor facilities. However fletcher he is such an amazing host at the pool bar. However we can't forget reception had such an amazing experience during the Cyclone Alfred and after that Geri the assistance Manager made myself and my kids feel safe and secure, giving my kids the mum talk on how everything will be OK there was nothing to be scared of.

Great hotel. Room with balcony, comfy bed , nice bathroom. Best of all this hotel has many pools indoor and out, sauna ,2 spas , bbq area, gardens, lounges etc. 2 tram stops from Cavil but close to tram stop and beach. Quiet.

Room was good and location of the property also good. Swimming pools were great and there was a lifeguard on duty.nnUnfortunately the hotel is let down by disinterested staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Breakfast was very poor for the price, food clearly been sitting for a while and the manager was busy chatting at the kitchen door than assisting guests. Check in process the team were not particularly engaging or helpful could definitely be a more welcoming experience.
