Happy enough with the accommodation. The resort's goal is to keep prices competitive at all times, so they do not offer a Daily Room Clean Service. Most guests prefer to forgo this & save money but can be arranged for a extra charge. The thing that really annoyed me however was paying a $200 key charge, which if paid by credit card would take 40 days to get reimbursed. Cleaning could be better too. The views from the units however are spectacular.

I stayed in the hotel for a night in the ocean view studio apartment along with my wife during easter holidays. Room, amenities was alright (simple yet clean and presentable) but considering the price it's not bad...most importantly the view is amazing from the room, staff is courteous n services provided are good, close to all cafe and restaurants.

Booked a studio room through expedia. Called 2 days later to upgrade to a 1 bedroom beachfront apartment. When we arrived they had allocated me the studio not the upgraded apartment. I asked if they could get it sorted for me or give me the refund of the upgrade. They of course couldn't refund or give me the upgrade I paid for because they were fully booked and pretty much told me it was my fault for booking through expedia. The only thing the chateau has going for it is the location. Front reception are arrogant and rude and the rooms themselves are in need of an upgrade. Do your self a favour and pay a little bit more for decent accommodation cause the chateau just doesn't cut it.

I've stayed here twice, great value great location. Not overly fancy but has everything you need. I'll be back

Nothing fancy, the room was abit run down and dirty. Found mould, piles of dirt, cracked toilet and rusty pipes but for the price of one night was bearable. Very smelly and old motel.. The facilities were great especially the pool and saunas!! Only let down is no aircon. Location is everything and the views were fantastic. Staff were nice too.
