Currently been staying here for 4 nights and our room in gorgeous. Recently renovated and has everything we need. We will absolutely be bringing the family back with us next time. Perfect location and amazing views. Have met staff in the lift each day as we have been going in and out and they have been nothing but lovely to us. Highly recommend!

Spent a week at the Beachcomber resort.  Had great view from huge balcony on 27th floor. Really fast lifts. Would recommend and hope to return again.

Each unit is individually owned - really need to check condition of your room prior to booking in. The one we had was filthy and health risk and has been reported. The curtains were covered in a a substance either blood or bbq sauce. Stench under the sink - absolutely rotten and mouldy. Cracked tiles in bathroom. No rubbish bin at all. This room should not have been rented out in this condition. Cleaning staff would be aware of this standard but obviously situation has been ignored until someone actually makes a formal complaint which I did. Couple of pics attached. We also took a video of the entire curtaining - all covered with marks like this pic and mould.

For $200 a night you expect your room to be clean and free of bed bugs...we didn't care that it was old and run down but basic hygiene and bugs..gross. yep you heard right. Bed bugs. We didn't even last one night here. Our room was booked through another owner and I believe it is an independtly owned and managed apartment but sorry Beachcomber it is within your building and your name that gets tarnished. Not worth even one star.  We left with two crying kids and a very memorable experience.

Me and my partner stayed on the 21st floor the veiw was great lounge set up was comfortable but unfortunately there was a fair few down falls with the apartment there was no toaster to make breakfast the pan that we had to cook with was obviously left on the stove and burnt it was hard for us to even make breakfast there was no plug for the bath and there was nail clippings on the floor behind the lounge so overall wasn’t the greatest stay the place is a little run down and needs a bit of work and maybe a few more cooking utensils sorry for the bad review but thought I would like to put it out there
