Location was great. Service was lacking, everything was self service or charges to request for ice or water. Internet was slooooow. Staff was very friendly at least.

Would definitely stay again. Rooms were fresh and clean, the bar and restaurant looked great. The staff were friendly and the location was great (3 blocks from Cavill mall). Car parking is very limited so book a spot with your room.

Decent sized rooms got free upgrade to the 16th floor with wifi buffet is great and amazing service.

Rooms are comfortable and reasonably nice. Restaurant buffet is great value. Service was mostly good. Asked for an additional blanket once during the day and again in the evening for our baby and it never arrived. Used a bath towel instead.

Good comfortable room, somewhat noisy at night especially with loud air conditioning.
