Great location but prepared to be compromised with the quality of service. There was no housekeeping in my room for four nights, no refill of complimentary items like tea/ shampoo. The front office staff are least interested. Room size is okay with poor quality furniture and bed. Breakfast, smwimming and sauna was a good part. Need to improve on hospitality and room amenities.

Absolutely great place to stay. Awesome and comfy rooms. Breakfast was great. We will be back. Fell in love with this place and would recommend it to everyone

Decided to stay on the gold coast for a few days as a family, but was very quickly disappointed the first greeting the guy at the counter said I cant find your booking, then got given the worst room to stay in for a week stay with a little one as we had no means to cook with even though I got told I'd have these amenities over the phone of booking. Practically everything in the room was breaking we then got offered another room which we took but it too had lots of issues. There were people smoking illegal substances and when told they said that they could do it on the balcony. Breakfast was the worst it was all packet and canned stuff not very tasty at all. And the staff weren't very friendly and didn't really care when we left a night early because we were not happy.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. They were very helpful finding a softer mattress for my back being a disabled pensioner. I have only given them 4 stars because there breakfast was very average. I couldn't eat it. I do not like fruit etc pre cut for the week in plastic containers in fridge which was in main eating area in full view of everyone. That was not classy.

Great location. Bed uncomfortable, fire alarm not attached and in cupboard. Plastic cutlery & cups used at breakfast. Iron scorch mark on carpet. Broken tiles at bathroom. Maintenance in bathroom required. Hairdryer on wall doesn't work. Overall not worth the nightly rate paid. Expected to wait up to 10 days for key bond return. Very dissapointed, wont stay again
