Great hotel with excellent service and facilities.nnThe original room we booked had an amazing view of the ocean and Surfers Paradise. Amazing location in the heart of SP but the suboptimal soundproofing resulted in very noisy weekend evenings from the nightclubs below. Thankfully, Sri at the front desk arranged a much quieter room for us within 10 minutes and Vivian the manager followed up on the matter the next day.nnRoom was serviced every day to a great condition. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of options. Well equipped modest gym.nnThe staff in the lounge were very friendly and made great cocktails for us, thank you Roxanne and Maria!nnGreat place to stay particularly if you want to party. If you want a relaxing stay, book a room facing away from the clubs below.nnMy only feedback to management would be to book a soundproofing engineer and have them experience rooms like 907 on a Saturday night so they can adequately assess the noise and soundproof accordingly.nnOverall a great stay. Thanks for having us!
Our stay at Hilton Hotel was a blend of highs and lows. Upon arrival, as Diamond members, we were graciously welcomed into the executive lounge to await check-in. The receptionist's offer of a parking pass for our convenience was appreciated. Additionally, the sweet gesture of a chocolate box and anniversary card added a personal touch to our celebration. However, the oversight of not refilling the shampoo dispenser was disappointing.nnThe upgrade to an executive lounge room was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel's prime location made accessing nearby amenities effortless. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness further enhanced our experience. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, though more non-Asian hot food would have been appreciated.nnWhile the executive lounge provided delightful afternoon tea and sweets, the canapés lacked variety. Our couple's massage, arranged for our special occasion, fell short of expectations. Despite providing feedback, the pressure level and technique left much to be desired. However, we were pleased with the hotel's responsiveness during checkout, where they only charged us for one service after hearing our concerns.nnOverall, our stay at Hilton Hotel was enjoyable, with highlights including the executive lounge perks and the hotel's convenient location. With some improvements in service consistency and variety, it has the potential to provide an exceptional experience for guests.
Had a long stay here with work, staff were particularly great. So went out of their way to help. Room was large and comfortable. Great bed! And location excellent with so many restaurants within a few minutes walk.
As a birthday treat for myself I stayed two nights in a king deluxe room at Surfers Paradise.nService & staff were very efficient. My room had a balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The bathroom was huge! There was plenty of space to put all my toiletries, plenty of fresh towels with robes & slippers, large & small illuminated mirrors great for doing makeup, the bath tub was large & deep with a lovely view. Mini bar had plenty of treats, there was a coffee machine with pods available complimentary, large screen tv, plenty of lamps to create ambiance.nI had room service which was delivered promptly, my food was fantastic both in the restaurant & in my roomnThe hotel was quite full but I did not feel forgotten about, a very personal touch by checking in on me via text message, to see how I was/if I needed anything/what can we do for you….. yeah just a very pleasant stay, couldn’t of asked for any more, a home away from home. The location is definitely a plus, right amongst bars, restaurants, nightlife, cafes, the stunning beach! The staff definitely work hard to ensure your stay is the best it can possibly be. Very happy guest
We spent 3 nights and are extremely happy with the service by all the exceptional staff who couldn’t do enough to please us. They are very friendly and obliging. The breakfast at Catch is very good and you definitely won’t need lunch.nThe location is perfectnWe can’t wait to cone back againnRay & Jenny
