Had the best time here at the Hilton over the weekend. The digital check in process-amazing and convenient. The reception staff-outstanding service. The room-Stunning and very clean to say the least. Every staff member we passed during our stay was so lovely. One in particular who stood out to us, was the beautiful lady who seated us for breakfast in the catch restaurant. LINTR She was so accommodating, friendly and although we hadn't booked, she made us feel very welcome. The food was 100/10 and the late check out made the whole morning feel so relaxing. No rushing around after breakfast. Will definitely be staying here from now on. Checkout was a breeze, again amazing team at reception. Over all 5 stars just isn't enough!
The hotel proudly boasts a prime location, nestled among a delightful array of restaurants, each hiding its own culinary treasures that burst with flavor. Upon check-in, I encountered a firm enforcement of the 3 PM arrival time; however, I was graciously granted access to the lounge, providing a comfortable retreat while I awaited my room. The panoramic room I reserved was not only spacious but also unveiled breathtaking views of the beach, which truly elevated my stay to new heights.nnThe executive lounge brimmed with a cozy ambiance, although it did feel somewhat snug. I can easily envision them opening the patio during the warmer months to accommodate more guests and enhance the experience further. I appreciated the thoughtful layout, featuring two distinct seating areas that fostered warmth and intimacy during the winter season. Although the quality of the food varied on certain evenings, the lounge ambassadors, especially Connor, were incredibly warm and attentive, making each encounter a pleasure.nnThe breakfast buffet at Catch was nothing short of exceptional! For those who thrive on a high-protein diet, the abundant selection will be a delightful feast. The fitness center, while fairly standard, effectively met my needs without ever feeling overcrowded.nnOverall, I would eagerly return to this hotel, though I would remain mindful of the costs in comparison to other properties that might offer more contemporary amenities. While the pool was spacious, I found myself drawn more to the ocean and the vibrant boardwalk, which provided a more exciting backdrop for my stay.
Matt from reception is amazing. We got a great room with an excellent view of Surfers Paradise. He also gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as Welcome Drink. The Hilton’s staff have great customer service. It’s close to literally everything. The buffet breakfast is great! We will surely be back!
We were very lucky to be upgraded. The Penthouse was amazing! Beautiful views, staff are fantastic, perfect location, easy walk to beach and shopping, lots of entertainment and food options at our door step. Lovely comfortable beds and great shower pressure! This was a special trip from my mum and I, this was a stay we will never forget, we didn't want to leave
This hotel is the best hotel ever. As I arrived I was amazed at the fishes and lobby. It was so luxurious and nice I thought i was in heaven. The pool is so fun and nice I spent hours down there. The restaurant is good. The buffet is so good I went there 5 times. The hotel makes you feel like a king. Overall awesome place for a holiday
