Hotel was very responsive to any issues raised. All staff have been amazing and nice, all the way to the maintenance man we required at 7am who had a great chat.nnPools a bit chilly due to the wind, would be nice if the outdoor pool is heated during cooler months.nnOverall would absolutely stay again.
It has been 2 years since we have had a family holiday just on our own we have travelled with extended family or friends in the past so we were wanting to make it something special and memorable. When searching to book online, I fell in love with the location, photos of the rooms and facilities at the Hilton. In person, it did not disappoint! The rooms were modern, spacious & clean and the view was spectacular from our balcony. We have been watching whales breach all week long from our balconies it never gets old watching them. The location is perfectly situated right in the heart of Cavill Ave with so much to do, see and dine at all within a short walk. Restaurants, shopping leisure and essentials, attractions/activities and the beach are all easily accessible. The staff have been so friendly & accommodating also with ensuring our stay is comfortable. I highly recommend!
Good location, nice staff. House keeping is good. I did not hear any noise from the streets or clubs at night. The hotel and apartments they have both were busy. Loads of people in the lobby most of the time. It was a pleasant enough experience. I would stay again.
Had the best experience here for my honeymoon. Service was phenomenal and food was amazing. The area was close by to everything you need: restaurants, beach, entertainment facilities etc.!nWe would definitely stay again
Stayed three nights in a one bedroom residence as a family with an eight year old.nnThe apartment was a good size with a king bedroom, sofa bed in the living room for our daughter, huge balcony, laundry and a kitchen with everything we needed for breakfasts and dinners.nnThe property looks a little tired in places but it was great value through Expedia.nnIt’s right in the centre of Surfers, our room overlooked the Slingshot, but it wasn’t noisy. There’s a tram stop on the doorstep and it’s only a few minutes walk to the beach.
