Great location, easy and secured car park with never an issue finding a car space. Elevators in the process of being renovated. The renovated elevators look amazing. Rooms are dating but clean, tidy and warm in the winter months. The shower had some black gunk coming from the lower track but everything else was very clean. Kitchen has everything needed to function for the basic cook including a small draw dishwasher. Fridge was of a good size, lounges were of abundance, TV had all the Apps but not free to air TV. We just used the 7 & 9 Apps. Remember to sign out of your Apps before you leave. A very pleasant stay and will be returning.

We went for a short staycation, and this was our first time at Q1. My god, we had such a great time! The service was so prompt and top-notch—whenever we had any issues or questions about the room, there was a maintenance guy at our door within 5 minutes, even though the resort was very busy over Easter.nnI really appreciated the friendly staff and their kindness. All the amenities were outstanding—super clean and well maintained.nnAnd the room? OMG, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and the apartment was spotless.nnNo doubt, I'd recommend Q1 to anyone looking for a couple of luxurious, relaxing days. It was so soothing, and we felt completely refreshed after our stay.

Beautiful stay here at the Q1 resort and spa! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Amazing rooms we had the 1 bedroom apartment with ocean view and sea view. I had requested a high level upon booking my accommodation and I was happy being on Level 39. The views were insane at night and day I couldn’t fault it at all. Felt like a dream. I would definitely be back thanks again! Was also a short walk to go have a walk through Surfers paradise around the shops to great location and I’m glad I had picked you! I’d recommend to tourists and to family and friends!

Perfect Coastal Escape — Ideal for Holidays or Home!nnThese apartments are truly a gem — whether you're planning a weekend getaway or looking for a place to call home, it ticks all the boxes. The amenities are modern and well-maintained, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's just a short stroll to the beach sunrise walks, anyone? and perfectly located near one of the best vegan restaurants in town — a major bonus for plant-based foodies like me! Stylish, convenient, and so easy to fall in love with. Highly recommended!

This has become our “go too” place.  Massive comfortable rooms.  Nice pool but not heated outside.  Across from the beach and tram across the road.  24 hour reception is also really appreciated.  Plus parking is included in the rate.
