This hotel exceeded my expectations. The comfort, cleanliness, views were great! Although we didn't get a chance to eat in their restaurant it smelt amazing. The little gaming room was a lovley atmosphere. It was quiet. Will definitely stay again and recommend anyone to.
I had an amazing experience at Voco Gold Coast for my birthday! The rooms and the hotel are incredibly spacious and clean, with stunning views. When the staff found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday card in my room—such a special touch!nnI also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entire stay exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!
I recently stayed at voco Hotel Gold Coast, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the view from our room on 18th floor was breathtaking, with a stunning ocean horizon that made our mornings truly special. nnA special mention goes to George at reception, whose hospitality was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, and his thoughtful gestures made our visit even more memorable. The staff overall were fantastic, providing top-notch service throughout our stay—definitely a 5/5 for hospitality. nnI highly recommend voco Hotel Gold Coast for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Stayed for a week while the GC marathon was on. Good location, tram stop right out front. Opposite Q1. Rooms clean and good size. Buffet breakfast good variety. Bar meals nice and upmarket restaurant as well. Pool looked good but a bit cold for a dip. Changing rooms by pool too. Staff friendly on check in, nice lounge to sit in when waiting for bus or taxis.
We stayed here last weekend with our two toddlers and had the most amazing experience. Dylan and his team provided the most exceptional service. The front desk representative Mahna was very friendly and helpful. When we requested a cot for our son, one of the staff members Dale, was also super friendly and kind to our children as he put the cot together and rearranged our room.nnOur room had a beautiful view of the beach.nnThe location was perfectly located a block from the beach and right near a sushi restaurant so that was handy to get snacks for our kids when we came back from the pool.nnDuring the buffet dinner, Dylan was also very helpful with accommodating our requests for the kids.nnWe hope to visit Voco again soon. Thank you to Dylan and this team!
