Had a wonderful stay at voco Gold Coast! We stayed in an ocean view room, although part of the view was slightly blocked by nearby buildings, we could still enjoy a beautiful sea view from the room.nnThe location is super convenient. The light rail station is just beside the hotel’s side entrance, making it very easy to get around. The famous Q1 Building is right across the road, and the beach is within walking distance too.nnBreakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious. Special thanks to Dean at the front desk for the excellent service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
Dear Hotel ManagementnnWe recently stayed as a family of three for four nights, and I wanted to provide some feedback on our experience.nnWe were welcomed by Iryna, who was wonderful and made our stay great from the start. We appreciated the complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday and the high-floor room we requested. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely welcoming. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a fresh and great selection; the croissants were some of the best I have ever had. While the seafood dinner buffet was a bit underwhelming, the individual dishes were prepared to perfection.nnHowever, the cleanliness of our room could be improved. Both the table and the floor felt dusty, and the windows needed more attention. This was a noticeable contrast to the common areas, which were very clean.nnTwo pool areas and pool towels make a nice addition to the hotel.nnThank you for your hospitality.nnBest regards,nnDaria
Nice place in very handy location. When I stayed there with my daughter, we were well looked after by the incredibly nice staff. Hotel rooms are good but bathrooms are looking a little tired and could use a renovation. The 2 pools were fabulous particularly for my daughter. On the other hand the breakfast buffet wasn't up to my expectations though as quality and variety was short to what I expected. Outside that, we had a very pleasant stay and it was good value for money.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but our stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely. The views from the room were incredible, and the overall service made the whole experience even more special.nnA special mention to Candelaria from the breakfast buffet team, she was so kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Starting the day well during your holidays makes such a difference, and she really made every morning enjoyable for us. She also gave us great recommendations for things to do around the Gold Coast despite the bad weather we had.nnThanks again for such a wonderful stay, we’d happily come back.
Absolutely phenomenal stay!nAmazing staff starting from the check in to the housekeeping and FnB staff although the seafood buffet wasn’t extremely good food-wise.nnFariye apologies, if I got your name wrong at reception was a great first encounter and such an amazing experience all throughout!nnHousekeeping team really amped the game, I asked for extra coffee the first day and they made sure to refill everyday as well as any other requests.nnAbsolutely coming back again!
