Had a wonderful stay at voco Gold Coast! We stayed in an ocean view room, although part of the view was slightly blocked by nearby buildings, we could still enjoy a beautiful sea view from the room.nnThe location is super convenient. The light rail station is just beside the hotel’s side entrance, making it very easy to get around. The famous Q1 Building is right across the road, and the beach is within walking distance too.nnBreakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was delicious. Special thanks to Dean at the front desk for the excellent service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
Had a really good overall stay at voco Gold Coast! Everything about the hotel itself was great, and the $25 parking fee felt very reasonable for the area. The only minor downsides were that the location is slightly outside the main happening zone, and our view was completely blocked by the massive skyscraper directly in front of the hotel. Still a lovely place to stay, but worth keeping in mind if you're booking for the views!
Dear Hotel ManagementnnWe recently stayed as a family of three for four nights, and I wanted to provide some feedback on our experience.nnWe were welcomed by Iryna, who was wonderful and made our stay great from the start. We appreciated the complimentary sparkling wine for my birthday and the high-floor room we requested. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely welcoming. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a fresh and great selection; the croissants were some of the best I have ever had. While the seafood dinner buffet was a bit underwhelming, the individual dishes were prepared to perfection.nnHowever, the cleanliness of our room could be improved. Both the table and the floor felt dusty, and the windows needed more attention. This was a noticeable contrast to the common areas, which were very clean.nnTwo pool areas and pool towels make a nice addition to the hotel.nnThank you for your hospitality.nnBest regards,nnDaria
