Good price with good looking room that is pretty spacious as well as a nice view. Tram line is right outside of it so it is very convenient to get around the area. Has a suprisingly nice gym that is very clean. It generally looks pretty luxurious for the good price i had, did not expect it to be this good. Most importantly for me the noise level is very quiet as well as the smell of the place and environment is very nice and i felt pretty safe and relaxed. Not a single thing i ever worried about while being inside. I enjoyed my stay 4/5
Excellent location. Brand new hotel. Friendly guys at the front desk. Constant treats, cookies.. The room is amazingly beautiful with a breathtaking view. All amenities are provided: iron, adapter, fridge, etc.. The breakfast in the garden is incredible, delicious, with a diverse selection of food. Dreaming to come back again! Beloved Gold Coast with the best hotel!
Have now stayed here on 2 occasions, staff where really nice both times and made our experience lovely. Both pools are quite enjoyable, although the level 2 on facing the ocean is better in my opinion. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet on our first visit and found there to be plenty of options and variety.nRooms are really nice and have been perfectly clean on both occasions.
We are a family with two small kids. We have had a wonderful time here. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious fresh food and a great variety. Underground parking made our lives so much easier. The location is great, a pleasant walk to go to the surfers paradise beach. On our last day we waited at the reception area for time to go by so we could go to the airport and realised there is a wonderful play area for the kids. Such a well organised hotel, I recommend!!
Service is 5 star, staffs are friendly. The location is great. Room for improvement : The mattress is not the best quality. If you can improve on better mattress, it will be overall 5 star.
