7/17-7:29 stay for 3 nights in Room 2405.nThe view is great with fantastic sunrise in the morning. The service of staff is also excellent .nHowever, I would like to report that there is a recurring odor, similar to urine, in both the laundry room and living area of our accommodation. We initially brought this to the attention of the front desk, and someone kindly came to address the issue on the same day. Unfortunately, the same unpleasant smell continues to return over time.nWe would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be looked into again, as it is affecting the comfort of our stay.
Loved our stay here - not too close, and not far from surfers. Clean and quiet. We asked for a higher floor and were put on lv 33. Was a north facing room, views were spectacular. Great amenities. No disruption from construction site on the east whatsoever. Would come again.
Stayed at Rhapsody Resort Gold Coast recently and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a definite plus. The location is also great, with a nice view of the sea that was a highlight of my stay.nnHowever, the room itself was a letdown. It felt relatively old and, unfortunately, had a persistent smell of urine that was quite unpleasant. Hopefully, they can address this issue to enhance the overall guest experience.nnIf they can upgrade their rooms and improve cleanliness, I'd consider returning. For now, it's a resort that shows promise but needs some work.
Our experience here is always a pleasure.nNot far from home for a few nights to enjoy the sounds of the waves and enjoy a great breakfast next door and close enough to enjoy restaurants nearby.nStaff was accommodating to our needs and was offered an upgrade.
Great location, nice clean rooms, we paid a little less for a standard non ocean view room but we still had a great view of the ocean. About 200m walk to a patrolled beach and only 50m to the Surfer’s Paradise North G-Link station. Great deals available on the various accomodation booking apps.
