Hotel Elms Christchurch, Ascend Hotel Collection

Thank you for a lovely stay! We arrived early, but were still able to check in. The room was spacious, the facilities were clean, and the view outside was beautiful. This destination was the perfect way to end our New Zealand trip, and we really enjoyed our time here. Loved the roses outside too. Thank you again!

My family stayed here one night in November. The manager and staff went above and beyond for us as our rental vehicle was delayed and it was raining cats and dogs and one kid had a stomach bug. A warm thank you for your generous hospitality and gold star customer service.nBeds were plush and sheets soft and nice. Slept so well!

We had a fabulous first time visit unbooked to the restaurant for dinner for two and appreciated the warm welcome and assistance to our table.nFrom the FIG menu we ordered the crispy chicken and salad, Steak with roast veges and the Banana bread dessert which was very nice.nThe customer service was exceptional and thanks so much for a lovely dinner and we recommend to all.

Good size rooms, the upgraded rooms are very nice, internet isn't to good though kept crashing. Good shower pressure in upgraded rooms. Standard rooms are very outdated and it shows in all areas shower,beds,bathroom,TV, carpet etc

Rooms look nice, but very noisy with loud door closing. Can hear everything people are saying down corridor with doors stopping none of the noise. No entertainment services in tv like netflex. Looks a nice hotel on surface but very average in reality, all lipstick. Staff seem like they have scripts to follow, but were very polite
