Great location that came with free parking, sound proofing was great extremely peaceful and great for a good night's sleep. Cleanliness and service of staff was top notch as well! Also love that the bathroom was very spacious and came with lots of toiletries and areas to hang our clothes which we always appreciate :- 1000% would recommend!

Conference only, unfortunately .nNice looking set up.nStaff are extremely helpful and well presented.nI'm keen to go back for a meal as the food for the conference was very good.nCracking location weekends, even weekdays for evenings out for fine dining or even dirty old golden Arches for a messy burger.

The rooms are clean and nice, nothing special. The service however is the best around. I have never had service as good as I had at the Elms. The fig restaurant that is attached is great. There is a beautiful garden area to walk and sit in. The breakfast buffet is nice, good food, and a nice variety.

We booked this hotel because it has an airport shuttle. It was annoying when we discovered at check in that it only runs 9am-5pm. We need to leave at 7:45 am which isn't that early so hopefully they consider extending the shuttle hours.nnOur room was very clean, updated, and well appointed. The bed and pillows were comfy. Didn't love the street noise or the noise from the hallway or rooms next to us.nnLiked the walkability to restaurants and even a nice mall. We didn't eat at the restaurant on site but thought it was really convenient to have.

Firstly....you know you are in for a quality sleep when you see they have AH Beard delux beds. Snoozing bliss!nnThe hotel is going through renovations and i was impressed at how these were being done with minimal disruption. Also impressed with the actual contractors.nnI had two nights of delicious room service. The quality and presentation was on point.nnAll staff i came into contact with were kind and attentive.nnI needed to change rooms while there and my request was handled in the most professional manner. Thank you!nnMy room was super clean with great amenities.nnI also want to do a shout out to the interior designer. The colour palette and furnishings for the new rooms was exquisite and super relaxing.nnMy suggestion for consideration:nn1. Adjust the tension on the doors so they can close more softly.nnThanks for a great stay. See you next time.
