Wyndham Garden Christchurch City

It's an excellent hotel to stay. The place is neat and tidy. Every room is housed with all the amenities like we have at home like electric stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Best shower facility among all hotels/motels we have stayed in during our 2.5 weeks vacation in NZ. A little let down that cleaning facility is only available every 3 days in the name of sustainability to conserve water, electricity and detergents. But the fact that they don’t even make the bed up was just unacceptable. The room is also lacking room slippers and bath robes.

I had a wonderful stay for a conference. The staff really looked after me, especially when there was a mix up with my booking and did their best to accommodate me at very short notice. Thank you Santosh and Pragya for your wonderful service.

Bad attitude of the front desk . Cold face doesn’t match with the 4 star hotel image . Wonder why the quality control doesn’t give enough training ? Such as don’t pointed customer by hand and showing go away or wait on the other table . Isn’t it the basic manner of human beings ? The woman at the front desk, pls watch some YouTube video train yourself. Checked in on 12th march afternoon: thanks

Great location near the city. Room clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Good breakfast. Would go back again.
