Carnmore Hotel Christchurch

5 out 5 highly recommend Carnmore Hotel Christchurch. The rooms were comfy as. One service stood out was from a hotel manager name Grace, she was extremely resourceful & took great care of us throughout our stay & interactions. All staff were friendly. Amazing food services too! Central location. Will be coming back for more.

Lovely place in Christchurch with welcoming staff. Laundry facilities were also available on two levels which was great! Lifts didn't need a key card all the time which allowed for easy access up and down. All shops and main town accessible within 15 - 20 min walk. Showers were amazing!!

Thank you Carnmore hotel for making our stay such a beautiful experience. We have enjoyed the environment and the lovely hospitality and customer service. All the staff here are so friendly and welcoming no matter what time of the day it is. They always have a smile and greets you. The bed are so cozy & comfortable. The location is perfect to walking distance, parking cars are quite easy too as it’s free when. The hotel is clean and has a nice atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back again. We had a flight cancellation and the staff were so helpful without any hesitation and they booked us in again for another night and we didn’t even have to change rooms. As I was panicking thinking where we will stay the staff made me so calm and did everything all I had to do was swipe my card. We were so greatful of that and the help. Our experience was seamless. Please book with them, you don’t regret.

My current review is based on the customer service at Carnmore alone and I will update this review after our stay as well.nnNot only is Carnmore a great and competitively priced accommodation in Christchurch, but the service I have experienced so far is impeccable. I called at what would have been 2am NZ time and the night manager was wonderful! He was bubbly, excited and incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions and to be honest that interaction alone was what immediately made me book through them.nnThere was another point where Eleanor helped with an issue I had with the booking, the accountability and kindness from her was refreshing and something I was not use to. I highly recommend them based on service alone and I am excited for our stay later in the year!nnThank you team, I appreciate you all and cannot wait for our holiday!

We had a late night check in at the hotel. The lady on reception was so friendly and welcoming. Perfect for an overnight stay. Central location and comfortable. Would recommend.
