Not aware that toilet & shower is not within the room, though just outside of room; shower can be quite a challenge if left room without the key.nDoors are not sound proof, was often woken up by housekeeper who was cleaning the toilets, & also other guests who chat outside..nnExcellent service by all front desk staff, they have all answers to any questions.. nnLocation is very convenient to River Market, typical tourist area for food & shopping..

Great budget hotel!nnI stayed in the triple room with two kids. Although the room didn’t have a private toilet or shower, the shared facilities were right next to our room.nnEverything was just a doorstep away. The room was cozy and clean.nThere was a pretty good cooking area with a large fridge. I went on a camping journey, but this facility was clearly one of the best I’ve seen.

A great location for exploring the CBD directly opposite the botanic gardens, and at a reasonable price. The service is fine but the cleanliness of the room could be better. The single beds are high and very narrow!

Excellent location, close to the hospital, Botanic Gardens, Arts Centre, and the CBD.nRooms are warm, kitchens have lots of utensils and an oven. Laundry room available.nAble to buy buffet breakfast in the on-site restaurant, and other meals next door

It was alright. Clean room, but no bathroom/ensuite or fridge, that was down the hall. The room had a TV and was centrally heated. Good kitchen facilities, great location. Parking was available on the street for free after 6pm, parking on site was $25 for the night. Great location, safe area, central.
