Me and my partner booked here night for one night after a long flight.nThe room and facilities are just what we needed. The reception are friendly, room extremely comfortable with teddy bear sheets made it very cosy. We slept very well.nThe shower is next door but never waited and very clean and lots of space.nWe used the lounge for our coffee just a few doors down.nWe are definitely coming back here when we return to Christchurch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We have really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a small kitchenette, but the hotel has 2 other full kitchens which is amazing. All the facilities are very clean and our bathroom was very spacious. The room was pretty much sound proof and the bed was extremely comfortable, so we had fantastic sleep.nnThe staff were very very helpful and polite and the location is fantastic and a walking distance to many local attractions.nnI highly recommend this hotel
Reception 24/7, staff helpful. I stayed in a female dorm. Clean and bed comfy. Toilets clean and showers good. I stayed when it was quite so no issues with sharing the toilet/showers and kitchen. Might get a bit tricky in Peak season. Parking outside, you have to pay 25NZD for a day. No street parking until late.
I booked at Hotel Give for a sports team of around 15 players. The staff were incredibly helpful during the booking process, check ins were easy despite differing arrival times. The staff were so friendly and even opened the kitchen back up so that those of us who arrived after 10pm could put our food in the fridge. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the kitchens were well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel if you're booking a trip for a large group.
Fantastic stay at Hotel Give! Our spotless, modern two-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms, a kitchen, and two balconies—perfect for our family. The central location was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and at NZ$220 for the night it felt like an absolute steal. We’d happily stay here again!
