Warning, do not book into this place, read the reviews and they nearly all say the same, filthy everything, broken everything, holes in walls, mould on windows, poo around the loo seat, crumbs in fridge, and the equipment that was on offer to cook with, should have been in the trash, uncut grass, and trash bags behind units, it was so appalling, and the person running this place said he wasn't aware, probably because he is never there and locks the office 24/7 so it is not being looked after, just a cellph number on the door and he says ur room number and that the key is in the rm, then turns up at 9.45 pm to get ur money ... the health dept and motel association needs to come do a spot inspection

This was an affordable accommodation very close to Westfield Riccarton and other places. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I was happy to stay here during my time in Christchurch.

I mean for the price it's great value, free wifi that wasn't dialup speeds, full Stovetop, microwave and fridge. Had everything you need and nothing more.
