Exceptional service from the front of house team, thank you. Conveniently located for most of Christchurch, my room was basic and compact but had everything I needed for a short stay.nnThe only reason for a 4 not 5 is that the soundproofing is less than ideal, which if other guests considered the times they were noisy would have been less of an issue.nnWith that said I'd happily stay at SH&A again for the service.
Absolutely loved this place, this was the start to our New Zealand road trip and it was an awesome place.nnIt has everything you need, laundry service, incredible kitchen upstairs for cooking, good sized rooms and the location was fantastic to walk around the city.nnWill for sure come back and stay here on my return to Christchurch.nnThanks
Great location, spacious room. Great for families but be sure you book for a deluxe apartment, there's living room and a bedroom. For the price we paid for its worth it and not bad as we booked it last minute. Just don't expect for a full service, There's a free Netflix, close cafe if you want to buy a quick coffee, take away some food etc but the cafe close around 4pm. The apartment is Super close to the city area too. Tips: prepay the parking ahead of time if you want to park in the apartment otherwise parking outside or public parking should be fine too. Great stay so far.
Amazing accommodation. Very spacious and cosy. Immaculately clean and perfect for a 4 night stay.nnWe booked a two bed apartment which consisted of a master room and en suite and a mezzanine bedroom. There was a further bathroom with washine machine and dryer, balcony, kitchen and living space.nnThe laundry facilities within the room were a bonus.nnSupermarket was a short walk and around a ten minute walk into Cathedral Square. Ideal location.nnRecommend staying here.
The only terrible place we stayed at during our 2 weeks in NZ. Location is good and the lady at the counter was very friendly but unfortunately the rooms are terribly small, size of the bathroom sink was more like a toy sink. Very outdated elevator, corridor lights weren't working, terrible sound proofing, Do not recommend at all.
