Great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed with everything you would expect from a 5* hotel. The absolute clincher for me was the wee kitchenette complete with dishwasher. It's not often that you see this in hotels so I was pleasantly surprised.nThe mattress was very comfortable with high quality pillows which made for an excellent night's rest. I ordered room service with caesar salad and crispy roast potatoes with a delicious truffle dressing, and cheesecake for dessert. Allndishes looked great and were very tasty and very well priced. The hotel has full a breakfast menu which was fabulous. I particularly enjoyed the pastries. If, like me you enjoy a nice cup of tea, you can ask for a teapot at no extra cost.nThe Sudima Hotel Salisbury Street Christchurch certainly deserves the 5* rating. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Sudima Christchurch City for a night to recover after a procedure at St George's Hospital, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What stood out most was the kindness and hospitality of the staff—they were genuinely caring, thoughtful, and made me feel comfortable and well looked after during a time when I really needed it. The room was quiet, clean, and relaxing, providing the perfect place to rest and recover. I'm very grateful for the warm welcome and excellent care, and would happily stay here again.

This was our fave hotel so far in NZ! Great design and amenities ! They thought of everything ! A yoga mat in the room and a hair straightener in the room. What a treat! Clean - spotless! Friendly staff with local tips and great little bar and restaurant connected. Perfect !

Wow! Such an amazing hotel stay so far! The Sudima in Christchurch city is spotless and in the perfect location! Rooms are very spacious! The staff has been extremely helpful! Especially Milania, Lily, Keiko, and last but certainly not least Ameerah! They provided great suggestions for things to do, places to dine at and much more. It’s truly been an amazing experience so far. This is definitely a hotel I look forward to staying at to rest and relax again!

A great place to stay in Christchurch. This team really understands the word hospitality. Smile, welcome, attention to detail, willing to cooperate and making you feel at home. The front of the house team, led by the gorgeous Vee, is sharp and fast. The restaurant team, led by Mandy, is efficient, welcoming and gregarious. The coffee made by Alexis and Anny is divine, delicious and gorgeous. The chefs in the kitchen are accommodating to your special requests.nThanks so much for making my stays so wonderful.
