We absolutely LOVED our time at the Scenic Cotswold! We had two different rooms at two parts of our trip, and each was lovely and very well put together. The rooms were clean, gorgeously furnished, and luxurious toiletries were provided in the spacious bathroom. The grounds of the hotel were very charming English cottage style and the flowers were all in full bloom. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going so far as to deliver us to-go breakfast to our room and drop what they were doing to help us figure out the laundry machine and AC. They're not located downtown, which worked well for us in terms of being picked up last and dropped off first for our tours! We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Christchurch.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Staff bends over backwards to accommodate your needs. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well accommodated. Restaurant is under renovation, but their banquet room seems to be a satisfactory substitute.
Great rooms and the hotel is themed like an old english village. They have a pool and a small gym too. Nice breakfast
Really awesome Cotswold Tudor Restaurant Curry Buffet Thursday evenings from 5.30pm-8.30pm. Best choice and value and quality of buffet Indian curries in Christchurch. Usually 3-4 meat curries and 3-4 vegetarian curries plus pickles and lassi and chutneys for $35 adult $17 kids. Popular. Suggest booking first. Feels like Curry Night in a British Gastro Pub in Stratford-on-Avon. Go when dark to see it lit up with lights.
