Great Value Hotel with Spacious Rooms and Excellent Service!nnI recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. For the price, the hotel offers exceptional value. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a modern yet cozy feel. Even though the rooms have been recently renovated, they still maintain a welcoming ambiance with soft music and a comfortable temperature, making it a great place to relax after a long day.nnThe only minor downside was that the peanut butter served in the restaurant wasn’t as fresh as I expected. However, the restaurant staff were very responsive and quickly resolved the issue by offering to replace it with other food options. Their attentive service made a big difference and turned what could have been a disappointment into a positive experience.nnOverall, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel’s location, room quality, and customer service make it a highly recommended choice for anyone looking for great value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time!

This is a late review for our stay during our wedding back Nov 2022. I have a great experience in staying with them and such a memorable venue for our wedding too! The staff was very patient to our requests on email back and forth ensuring I had a beautiful wedding reception that day. The family room we had was sparkling clean and was very comfortable, also suitable for guests to do their makeup and wedding preparation. The Victorian design is also paramount for a great photo.nnHighly recommended!

I love staying here. Such a friendly team who go out of their way to accommodate me and make my stay perfect. Great spacious and well designed rooms, comfortable beds and delicious food as reasonable prices. And there’s a pool.

10/10 Excellence All Over!!nnWe stayed one night and also had dinner and drinks in the Restaurant/Bar. The restaurant/bar staff were very professional.nThe Food was excellent. The drinks were professionally served. Hotel reception staff were very friendly and attentive.nnWe stay in hotels all over New Zealand and abroad. We will definitely be back.nnThank you kindly to all the staff at the hotel for a great experience.

This place definitely has 5 star quality. The rooms are so nice! Heated tile floor in bathroom. When I arrived the low lightning was on, and the heat pump...this was lovely to walk into rather than a cold room! The restaurant food is really good! The buffet breakfast is perfect. If you like a bit of walking it's close enough to 'some' shops, but if not you'll need transport to get to places. My only gripe was that it advertised Chromecast, but my room did not have one and when I mentioned it to the receptionist, she just shrugged it off and said that they never put them back in after the renovations. Overall, I would love to stay here again! I definitely hope I get the opportunity too. I have stayed in a lot of places, and I'd consider this one of the best.
