Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square

What an amazing experience with Hannah and Joshua looking after us. From the personalised greeting upon arrival at reception to the room upgrade and room service snack at midnight steak sandwich not to be missed! breakfast was delicious with porridge and full hot delicacies …the best . We can not recommend the service more highly . Professional and polished with a caring feeling . 10

Such a great hotel! We loved the location and the room was very good, except for the weird bathroom layout as people have mentioned. We did feel the beds were a little uncomfortable though, a bit too soft.nnThe staff were amazing and we loved the surprise for our kids in the room.nnBreakfast buffet was also very good , plenty of variety, if you are visiting christchurch this is a great place to stay.nnThere is parking next door, don't use Wilson, use the council parking lot next to the library and it's $10 overnight or $13 for a day. Very reasonable

The Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square couldn't be better placed in Christchurch. A quick run in from the airport and we were there.nnThe room was clean, well-appointed and with great view of the city and the Cathedral.nnBreakfast set up was good with lots of choice.nnThe staff were all great, friendly and obliging to answer questions etc.

Quite good hotel. Breakfast buffet was good but they had no decaf coffee in stock and didn’t seem to be too concerned about getting more during our stay. Overall, however, we were well served.

Great stay,nWonderful staff. Especially Ashanti, great welcome greeting, friendly and welcoming.nVery astute to the customer persona.nBoth staff I primarily dealt with were fantastic.nHotel security was great , and the door concierge was very aware and helpful.nStaff were easy to solve the temporary car park issue, and directions to the carpark were very clear and precise.nRoom was quiet, views from the window were great.
