Commodore Airport Hotel

We stayed at the commodore hotel at the end of a family camper van trip around South Island. We chose the commodore because it was close to the airport, was reasonably priced and was also close to the Britz camper base.nThe hotel far exceeded our expectations and was an excellent place to stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.nThere is a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and also to Britz.nThe hotel is nice and you can tell has had a focus on quality which is clearly from all of the solid timber furnishings.nPool, gym and sauna all open until 10pm which is really nice after a day of exploring Christchurch.nGreat food in the restaurant as well as very comfortable rooms.nI would highly recommend and will certainly come back next time I am in Christchurch.

A really enjoyable stay. The overall service was great with very friendly staff that were more than happy to help out.nI came for a one night trip with my 3 year old, the room was spacious and clean. The onsite restaurant was delicious, had a good selection of food. Really enjoyed the means when dining there and room service. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff were very accommodating, with smiles all around! They kindly showed us to our rooms and made sure we knew our way around. The room was clean, and the facilities were well maintained. The food was delicious, and the shuttle service to our training venue was very convenient.nnOverall, a lovely and comfortable stay!

A very comfortable and pleasant stay at Commodore Airport Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, with plenty of space to relax. The beds were comfortable and the room had a nice view of the greenery outside.nnThe hotel itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a beautiful and spacious lobby area. Its location near Christchurch Airport is also very convenient, especially for travellers with an early flight or late arrival.
