I recently stayed at your property, checking into Room 65 for one night on 6th November. The room was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being very helpful.nnHowever, I encountered an issue upon checkout the following morning, as I was in a rush to catch an early flight. In the process, I inadvertently left behind several items, including clothing, a hair dryer, and my second phone, an iPhone 6s with a pinkish maroon color. While I’m not concerned about the clothing, the phone was of significant importance to me.nnWhen I called the hotel the next day to inquire about the missing phone, I was informed that nothing had been found. I then asked a friend to visit the property and speak with the manager, but received the same response. This lack of assistance and the repeated denial that the items were found left me feeling extremely disappointed.nnI find it difficult to believe that nothing was located by the housekeeping team, and this situation raises serious concerns. I sincerely hope that your team investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

The location is excellent, 700 m walk from Christchurch airport. Even safe to walk from airport to the hotel at night. The rates are about one third of Novotel, which is right at the CHC airport.nnWe booked a room which just sufficient to accommodate two people. The common area is a go to place anytime. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. All in all a good buy

Located near the airport, by walking distance. Makes it easier to go to the airport. The pantry used coiled heat stove and takes lots of timejust to boil some water. So it was hard just to vook some food especially the steak which need high heat to cook. Other than the stove, every thing is nice

Enjoyed my stay in one of the pods very much. The pod has ample room with electric plug, lights and even a fan. Blanket and all comfortable.nnSeparate bathroom and toilets male - female. All very clean, liquid soaps available.nnKitchen is very large and elaborate. Several large refrigerators, toaster, boiler and all. Including the usual utensils.nnHang out area very nice and comfy.nnLocation is the best in the airport complex. 5 minutes walk to a big supermarket and several food outlets. Also within a walking distance to the Antarctic Center.nnThere's a bicycle stand just outside of the hostel, but no secure place and it's not monitored by cctv.nnThe hostel is also close to a bus stop where for NZD 4 we can reach the city's center bus interchange in about 20 minutes.

Its a good place to stay if you are wanting to be in walking distance from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes , a supermarket and pharmacy available next to it.nService at check in was very good, room was tidy, tv worked and shower had a great pressure.nThere is some weird smell in the hallway, and carpet is worn throughout the facility. Aircon only works on heating mode and it certainly gets hot in there.
