We have such a lovely experience at your hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food in the club was tasty and well presented. The room was quiet, very clean and tidy. Well presented, and I loved how you staff put a cup of tea tray with a goodnight sign. We also thoroughly enjoyed your breakfast service was delicious. We had such a good time we are thinking of coming again as the deal was such great value.
The staff here were amazing. Every night they left us tea cups with chocolate and a card that said goodnight whilst also folding our linen back and closing our blinds. It was these constant moments of exceptional, thoughtful service that have left me speechless. Worth every penny. This hotel is an experience worth remembering
Stayed for a long weekend, luxury room 1210 with lounge access. Status was recognised, welcome was warm and comprehensive and room was lovely, well-equipped and whisper-quiet literally, you couldn't hear a thing!.nBreakfast was included in the room rate and was extensive and high quality. Club lounge special mention of Hunter due to his service delivery was excellent, especially cocktail hour.nHonestly, this hotel is almost perfect in every way. I didn't like the steep street it sits on, but that is my only quibble - the quality of the stay outweighs that small gripe. Happy to recommend, would be happy to return.
A fantastic venue to stay. The staff are wonderful and accommodating to your every need. The venue is extremely well managed and has an excellent level of continuous improvement clearly. I can only highly recommend the Sofitel for you and your family's next stay in Wellington.
We enjoyed a night in a luxurious room to celebrate a special anniversary. The room was much nicer than I thought from the pictures on websites. It was larger too. The bed was super comfy and I liked the large window that created a nice spot to sit in the afternoon sun. We had complimentary access to the club lounge which was a lovely treat. It's not a big lounge but it was nice. Jardin Grill restaurant was also lovely. My husband reckons he had the best tomahawk steak ever. We live locally but we like to celebrate special occasions. We would definitely stay here again -especially when they have good deals like free club lounge access.
