Oaks Wellington Hotel

Initially I did not recognize it as it did not look like a hotel from the outside. Going inside though, it does have that simple yet beautiful and comfortable feel to it. The room I had was great! Very neat, tidy and organized. The lighting was a bit dim for me though but it adds to the aura of promoting relaxation, rest and sleep. Otherwise, I generally enjoyed my stay there.

Not any vegetarian options so not the vest for me. However, if you are a steak lover you may love this place. The steaks looked very good. The restaurant has nice decor and a pleasant fit out where you can. See the chefs cooking. If you sit by the window, you can see Courtney place which is nice. However, we were in a private room which ended up as us being a but ignored service wise with a hefty 1.5 hour wait on food hence the low review.

We had a nice stay at Oaks in Wellington. The room was just the right size, bed and pillows were comfy and the shower was really good, rooms were really clean, however the room was a little dark. The lighting was terrible in the bathroom, very hard for having a shave or putting makeup on. Handy location to cafes and bars, Cuba St and the rest of town.

Oaks Wellington was one of the best options if you think of staying right in the CBD, close to everything walking distance, we stayed for 2 nights during the weekend.nnOur room didn’t have any window however it doesn’t feel bad at all, bed was comfy room was tidy the down side was the air condition as the room we had the heat pump was playing up a bit apart from that was pretty for it price.nnDefinitely coming back

We selected the Oaks Hotel for our company conference in Wellington and we are thrilled with how smoothly the organizing process went with the team. The check-in process was easy, the rooms were clean, everyone had a good rest away from work, and the breakfast was amazing.nnThanks to the team, this was a truly memorable experience for us!
