The room I had looked very inviting and was well laid out but then I realized it had some pretty major problems. The room had no windows or fresh air and all it had was a heat pump. The room was basically a well dressed cell. And when the shower had been on a couple of times the room became stuffy and very pleasant. The restaurant was very nice and the staff were helpful and the room was clean. But I know now that I never want to stay in a room like that again. Maybe other room in the hotel will have windows and are much nicer, I will never know. I just wish I had the presence of mind to ask for a better room.
Let's be clear. This is a hotel that is functional for what is offered. I arrived at 19.15, slept and left at 07:30. Room 710nnNo window, yet it would have been dark. It was clean and no noise. Bed was comfy, so couldn't complain.nnComing for a long weekend and want a view - go somewhere else...otherwise not too bad for what it is
I stayed here for two nights during the weekend. The hotel offer superb customer service. I had some issue with my room AC during my first night. After I let the front desk know about it, they immediately send someone to check the issue. They said they can’t fix the AC tonight so they offer a different room for us which is also an upgraded room. The window view offers an amazing view of the city which I totally appreciate of. The room plus the bathroom looks good and squeaky clean. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this hotel, and I totally would come back next time I am visiting Wellington. Churs
My experience here was very pleasant! The location is very accessible to every restaurants / stores since it’s situated in the middle of the city Walking distance to the museum. The room we had was great, its just the bathroom has kind of blurry see-through glass wall that kind of shocking at first, but it was fine. The room service was great too. Overall, I’ll give it a perfect 5/5. Will definitely come back here again
Staff go above and beyond to help and accomodate. Made our stay with children super easy. Handy location to bus stops. Walking distance to all the local attractions. Rooms clean and cleaning staff were lovely. Would stay again.
