Just got back from an amazing trip! My hotel had such clean rooms, making it super cozy after a long day of exploring. Plus, the central location was a lifesaver, putting me right in the heart of everything. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful with all my questions! We stayed at Ibis hotel in a twin-bed room, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience overall.nnThe room looked very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom did not even have basic amenities like shampoo or toothpaste, which was quite surprising. On top of that, the hotel elevator was extremely noisy and honestly felt unsafe, as if it could break down at any moment.nnBreakfast was included in our stay, but it turned out to be the worst part of our visit. There were very limited food options, especially for vegetarians and those looking for halal choices. The coffee machine kept breaking down every 10–15 minutes, creating long queues of at least 10 people waiting each time.nnThe scrambled eggs were not good at all, so we requested boiled eggs instead. They took a very long time to arrive, and by the time we finally managed to get coffee, the eggs had already gone cold.nnThe most unpleasant experience was when we drank water from the glass provided in the room — it smelled like rotten eggs. That was the final straw and completely unacceptable.nnOverall, this hotel is definitely not worth the money you pay. If it were possible, I would give it minus 5 stars. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a really refreshing stay at the ibis Wellington! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A huge highlight was the morning breakfast buffet, it was amazing and had a great variety. Definitely a solid choice for a stay in the city

Just had 3 nights staying at the ibis. A little bit dated but that wasn’t as issue at all. The beds were super comfie and the room spotless when we arrived. The restaurant down stairs was food with for me the fish in a curry batter the winner.nThe Ibis is very well located in the cbd and a short walk to all the cbd has to offer. No shortage of cafes or bars plus a flat walk if you are going to Sky Stadium at all.nI look forward to staying there againnA big thank you to all the staff who were warm and friendly.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Perfect location as well. Within walking distance of everything you need with plenty of transport options nearby.nnMaybe a little niche, but I do appreciate decent water pressure in the shower. This place didn't disappoint.
