Novotel Wellington

Had a room on the 8th floor:n- Room was spacious and very clean.n- Beds were excellent. Comfortable and very easy to fall asleep.n- The service was the best part. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating.n- The location is in the heart of Wellington CBD and if you plan on walking the city, I highly recommend.n- While there is public parking available I recommend the valet service, on demand you can receive your car and removed the hassle of finding parking and gives added security.nOverall a pleasant experience and recommend.nnPS: photo attached is of view from our room.

We're repeat guests for maybe the 10th time.nStaff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy.nThe rooms are spacious and modern. The beds are incredibly comfortable.nBreakfast is amazing, great variety of food and drinks to choose from.nGo down the lift from the restaurant and you have a great area of shops on the doorstep. Just a few minutes walk to underground eatery Willis Lane.

Friendly staff and well serviced room. TV was on the blink but we weren't there to watch it anyway. Great food in the Caucus restaurant too. Cooked breakfast was definitely worth it. Elevator in the hotel can take you straight down to Lampton quay where many shops are. Discounted parking in neighbouring building. Would stay again.

Excellent stay at Novotel Wellington. The location is unbeatable- right in the heart of the city and steps away from the best shops, cafes, and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance.nThe highlight of my stay, however, was the hotel restaurant. I had one of the best meals I've ever tasted. High quality food and a perfect central location make this a top choice. Highly recommended

Overall this stay was lovely. Check in was frustrating as even though we had checked in online, and given an indication of arrival time, and arrived in correct check in hours, our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. Appreciate it was a busy weekend, however that is always the first impression when you check in. When we got given our room, we had to request the additional towels and facecloths as they only provided two when our booking is for 3. Minor things. Love easy key drop check out.
