Novotel Wellington

I stayed one night for work and was very impressed. It was very clean, the room with two double beds was very spacious. It had a desk and great storage. It had GREAT lighting in the bathroom for doing makeup. The shower was over bath which isn't my preference but it had a good pressure. The bed was a bit too soft for my preference but comfortable. Good pillow options, nice lighting options in the room and black out curtains and no annoying light on switches. It's a very good location in central town.

Great hotel in a great location. Room was tidy and the toiletries offered in the room were wonderful.nnBreakfast buffet was awesome, great selection and refilled frequently. Well worth it!

We enjoyed our stay in Novotel Welling, the room was nice enough and it was great there was a bath which did get used after lots of walking around town. The extra woolen blanket in the cupboard was also appreciated and used. It was disappointing that the floor under the furniture was not clean and the couch had food down the sides of the cushions, both things did not get resolved in the three nights we were in the room which tells me the servicing was not done very well. The staff were very helpful and efficient, it was especially good how they described the various lifts to get up and down to the shopping area.

Excellent and welcoming staff, comfortable place to stay for four of us. We had a good view on the top floor. Location was perfect and food was nice as well. We could find parking outside the hotel without any issues which was great.

I recently stayed for two nights with my son and had a fantastic experience. Initially, I was concerned about our late arrival, but the clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze. Our room boasted a stunning view, and the food exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of our stay was perfect.
