Novotel Wellington

Excellent and welcoming staff, comfortable place to stay for four of us. We had a good view on the top floor. Location was perfect and food was nice as well. We could find parking outside the hotel without any issues which was great.

We enjoyed our stay in Novotel Welling, the room was nice enough and it was great there was a bath which did get used after lots of walking around town. The extra woolen blanket in the cupboard was also appreciated and used. It was disappointing that the floor under the furniture was not clean and the couch had food down the sides of the cushions, both things did not get resolved in the three nights we were in the room which tells me the servicing was not done very well. The staff were very helpful and efficient, it was especially good how they described the various lifts to get up and down to the shopping area.

Great location close to Lambton Quay and the Cable Car up to the Botanic Gardens. Very helpful team on arrival and sorted all of our needs. Only 10 minutes from the ferry terminal if you have an early sailing. Our dinner in the restaurant was very good.

I recently stayed for two nights with my son and had a fantastic experience. Initially, I was concerned about our late arrival, but the clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze. Our room boasted a stunning view, and the food exceeded all expectations. Every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Excellent location once you figure out how to access the hotel from Lambton quay through a mall. Just look for the chemist warehouse sign, next to the cable car terminal. I received a great upgrade and welcome amenity as an accor elite member. Very quiet and comfortable room. $26 uber to Airport.
