Stayed here twice. The rooms I have booked are cozy. Had a really nice view of the mountains. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms were ready early at 1pm so I checked in. The breakfast is nice you’d get few options but very nice options. Their restaurant is really cute. If you’re staying for more than 1 night I’d recommend using go green card which house keeping won’t refresh your room but you will get $10 credit to use in food and beverages which was really nice the whole 5 nights I was there. It’s also 19min walk from there to the botanic garden which was really nice or $8 Uber to get there if you don’t drive.
Great location. Room was clean and tidy the overall aesthetics was modern. Easy checkin with great price.nnParking was next door and you paid extra but this was fine. View from room was good too.nnComfortable stay would recommend.
Great location and service. For those that need to do some work on the laptop the desk space was perfect. Giving it a 3 star for the room as there was no jug in the room to boil water, no remote control for the TV, and no extra blanket as found it freezing even with the available heater.
I would give 5 stars but the only inconvenience we faced was the internet in our room, it was going on and off every 20 seconds so it was almost impossible to use. Internet in the ground floor seemed to be working fine.nnThe first night reception said it may be the wind affecting the routers and yes it was very strong but the second and third day wind was less stronger and the internet still acting the same.nnRoom was clean, comfy, small but for the price i think it's fair.nIt didn't have AC, there is a heater and small fan so during summer it may be quite hot.nnCheck in and check out was fast and easy.
My room was at level 9. The room has done some renovations recently and everything is reasonable new & clean. The bed is very comfortable and the room is quiet for a good sleep.nStaff is very friendly.nOnsite restaurant has good food & wine.nThe hotel has a bit of distance to the CBD, but close to the National Library of NZ and the Parliament House.nAbout half hour drive to the airport.
