Incredible place to stay, staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very modern and immaculate.nOur ferry was cancelled for next day when we arrived at 9.45pm for a late checkin due to driving down from auckland. They were helpful I was quite stressed. Helped me in the morning with locating my Uber and even went outside in the rain to ask him to come undercover as he had parked across other side of the road. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Wellington. Could not fault at all

I'm a Wellingtonian who spent the night here with my sister visiting from Auckland. She has a wheelchair so accessiblity was important. We had a wonderful stay. There was an issue when we arrived, with whether the room was accessible I had booked through booking.com and heen very specific in my booking and was told by the extremely kind and friendly person at the desk, they weren't entirely sure it would be accessible as it had a shower over bath. They were more than happy to show us the room and work something else out if need be. As we were leaving early we were both happy to forgo a shower first thing, and every other aspect of the room and bathroom were great for the wheelchair and for us! We ordered room service for a treat and it was delicious! The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I wished I could've had a 4pm checkout and stayed all day.nEvery staff member we encountered was completely lovely. For a high turnover hotel I'm very impressed. Especially with extra needs like accessibility.nRecommend.

Stayed for 3 nights with my 91 year old mothernLocation is great and taxi to the door was a plus for hernFront desk staff were greatnOur only complaint was the breakfasts we paid fornWe didn't go to the restaurant until after 9 on the first morning and there was plenty of food, we both ordered an omelet which was raw in the middle, we also needed to pick thru the bacon to find some that was cooked ,I said to one of the waitresses that it was barely cooked and she told the cook, the bainmarie dish was still full at 10 at the end of breakfast servicenThe second morning the bacon was still not cooked and when I talked to the cook about it he was quite rude and grumpy and yelled back that he could cook it on the hot plate,again the bainmarie was full at the end of breakfast servicenThe 3rd morning the restaurant was quite busy and bacon was still undercooked, and again still full of bacon when breakfast finished.nIt concerns me that the bacon maybe put in the fridge and bought out again the next daynThere were no glasses available for juice, had to ask for some and then also no coffee cups, when I asked a waitress for cups she suggested we use the soup bowls which I declined ,she grudgingly went and got one cup and saucer

Great service, nice quiet room and comfy bed. Staff were friendly and polite. The location is convenient and appreciated the parking onsite. Enjoyed my stay

Wonderful experience. Room service, decent restaurants, great staff. Clean and spacious room. I was looking for a place to stay with a decent gym because a cyclone was coming. The in house gym was suitable pictures attached, but they also give you an option to get a pass to a local regular gym. Dumbells are kind of random but I made them work for me.
