Wife and I were blown away by the hospitality this hotel showed us. We were in NZ for our honeymoon and the hotel provided us all sorts of treats, a thoughtful message and a Polaroid camera to make some memories with.nnOn top of this, the hotel, room and location were all absolutely top notch. My wife was also ecstatic to have a Dyson hairdryer in the room.nnThanks QT team for helping make our stop in Wellington unforgettable :
A massive shout out to the staff at this hotel. Kindness and understanding during a difficult time were very much appreciated. The location is fabulous, the rooms 5 star. Cant fault the place. Clean, stylish and value. Great spit to enjoy everything that Wellington has to offer.
Great location but a really average room for the price. I also somehow received a complimentary pair of someone else’s underwear that was left in the bathroom. Shower drain was clogged with hair too. Not sure how the cleaners missed this. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again, there are far better hotels in Wellington for the price range.
It's almost not a hotel more an art gallery with nice rooms the staff were all very helpful and friendly. It's a great location in that the city amenities are on your doorstep as well as a short walk to Oriental bay and Town belt.once back in the hotel after your activities it's a warm and cosseting vibe,a sanctuary. Highly recommended.
After staying here, I'm really pretty surprised at the 4.5 star rating. The hotel just didn't seem near that level. However, I will give 5 stars for the location and lobby decor. If you want a great location near the museum and lots of great eateries, this fits the bill.nUnfortunately, the room felt dated and blah. The bed felt like the cheapest boxspring that I've ever felt. No coffee in our room. The hot tub and sauna were both out of service during our visit. The power randomly went out for a bit one morning. And our luggage was delivered to someone else's room after check in. If ever in wellington again, I'd stay somewhere else. This hotel was way too expensive for what it is.
