I would not recommend the hotel. The rooms are dated and although mostly clean not well stocked up empty fridge, min accessories. Breakfast is minimal - very heavily focused on offering fried food, no fresh ingredients avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.nThe staff are doing their best but with limited resources and infrastructure of the hotel - it is a real challenge.

Our tour group was booked here for two nights. Rooms spacious and comfortable. However the restaurant was a huge disappointment. We had heard great reviews but discovered that those reviews did not align with our experience.nBasic details had such as empty salt cellars I personally discovered 5 of them before I found one with salt in it been ignored. A wait staff person was seen diluting the apple juice with a carafe of water, the toaster barely heated the bread, let alone toast it, one only coffee machine for a restaurant full of people for breakfast. The wait staff were obviously inexperienced and it seemed no-one was overseeing them.nThe rib eye steak served for dinner was tough and barely cooked and we not asked how we wanted it cooked, rather told that the chef only cooked steak one way, medium rare. Most of our group sent the steak back to the kitchen and ordered the pork, which was delicious.

MY WIFE GIFT ME HOTEL HERE it was VERY GOOD NICE YES but not good when neighbour room knock on door and give us noise complaint. None of your business friendnpool so good but my dead flake dirty skin shed in water so I recommend they drain pool empty otherwise my skin just float in there with all the peoples

Overall, it’s an okay hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy with good noise cancellation from the city sounds. Basic kitchenette with mini bar. This place has no parking but street parking is available and free after a certain time of the day. Some rooms have been updated recently and others are a-little different and outdated. Hotel restaurant Service’s breakfast and dinner.

First time staying at Rydges Wellington. It is located in the heart of the city near the water. Location is amazing! The room was spacious personally but the view from the room is average I would say. The hotel is clean and it has a spa, swimming pool and sauna!nnThe customer service was below average. I was disappointed that the front desk staff didn’t explain the facilities of the hotel and wasn’t wearing a presentable uniform. When I checked out, the front desk staff didn’t ask how was the stay etc.nnThe AC in the room are very old, it was loud and I couldn’t have a decent sleep sadly.nnThey provide towel, shampoo, body wash and shower hat but don’t have lotion, toothbrush and tooth paste, bath robe, cotton buds. It will be great if there was a recycling bin side too for the bins in the room.
