Rydges Wellington Airport

Location was perfect for an early morning take off. However the housekeeping left alot to be desired. There sheets weren't tucked in to the mattress, pillow case had a tear and the pillow was smaller then normal so it kept slipping out the pillow case.

Great to stay at the airport as we had a 6am flight.nThe only issue was when I used the shower, the water drained right under the glass door into the bathroom and into the hallway and right outside the main entrance to our hotel room… the puddle it left behind was a lake! Our luggage got soaked. I’m assuming that this happens to all the guests when they shower in room 313.nI did mention it to the staff member and they were well aware of the situation, but obviously there is not much they can do about it as it’s a design issue.nHope our bags dry out quickly.

I've stayed at Rydges Wellington Airport many times over the years and have always thought it was fine. Since May of this year I've noticed a change. The quality of the food has improved, and the customer service has been elevated to another level. Whatever it is you're doing team, keep it up.

I have just stayed here over the weekend for a conference. Had a 3rd floor room, so quiet I forgot I was at the airport! The staff were amazing, nothing was a problem. When I asked for the room temperature to be lowered it was. When I rang for more toilet paper it turned up in 5 minutes. The à la carte breakfast is good value for money. Would love to go back one day even though I live locally!

Very disappointing experience. The hotel is misleading on their website: they advertise discounts that make the price look reasonable, so you go ahead and book. However, at check-in they try to charge you the full price, ignoring the advertised offer.
