A very tired hotel. Room facilities average. Restaurant and bar not at all what I would expect from a Rydges. This hotel seriously impacts their brand as every other Rydges Hotel I have stayed at has a great restaurant. Only stay here if you are desperate for a bed close to the airport and are not looking for a decent mealor any food at all!

Checked in, restaurant closed, limited menu choices from kitchen, looks like menu has changed since last visit. Room was tidy but mould in shower,no milk in fridge, phone didn't work for reception, room service etc,shocking for the price! Grabbed a burger off the departure lounge services, better option. Found out from another previous guest,they had same problem. Had to walk to reception when we need milk,food order etc.

Rooms are comfortable. Hotel is noisy - you can hear noise from the floor above, loud thumping and lots of external noise, I guess this is to be expected when located inside an airport.nnSevice is tragic at best- checked in at 1.00 am and the person of reception ignored me and then said she was busy doing other things and o need to wait until she was done. Given it was the little hours of the morning and after an international flight, and the hotel lobby was empty, they can do better. $300 to use a bed for 5 hours is steep but the service steeper.

Reception service is lovely. However the house keeping is quite poor. Can’t even fold towels or clean drinking glasses properly.
