Chemist Warehouse Glen Innes

I recently had a disheartening experience at Chemist Warehouse in Glen Innes. The customer service was subpar, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Unfortunately, their lack of responsibility further exacerbated the situation.nnWhile I appreciate the competitive prices on most products, it's disappointing that the positive aspect of affordability is overshadowed by the overall poor customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall customer experience.

Came at night and the staff member forgot to pack two items in the plastic bag, I went back the next morning with my receipt and an Asian man I believe he was the manager was very helpful & apologetic for the incident.

The security guards are always awesome & friendly always have chats with them. But it's gone super slow getting your prescriptions now even when it says it's ready. The staff have such a attitude some are really helpful and nice though.

I Will NEVER be shopping here AGAIN!nnMy experience here at the chemist warehouse in Glen Innes was APPALLING and DISAPPOINTING. I usually shop at this store when I can and have never had an issue with security, however when I went to shop here with my grandmother, I was stopped at the front of the store by a short, Polynesian, security guard with tattoos on his arms, after purchasing my items at the counter. He didn’t smile nor greet me. He spoke aloud and said “can you open your bag”.nI opened my bag without a fuss becausen1. I had just left the counter buying the things i needed.n2. He had seen me at the counter paying before he had stopped me, so I felt comfortable with opening my bag but then he reached into my bag and grabbed things that I had brought from elsewhere and started accusing me of stealing those items from the chemist warehouse.nnI was soo confused??? I told him that I had just came back from shopping at PakN’Save because they didnt have the tampons I needed. He didn’t believe me and became aggressive towards me. He demanded to see my receipt from PakN’Save. I told him to check the cameras that I wasn’t stealing. He refused and kept saying that I was stealing.nHe reached into my bag for the SECOND time and then took away my own used perfume and medication and accused me of stealing those also.nnAt this point I became furious. A worker came over and was supporting the security guard. I asked my grandmother if she still had the receipt from PakN’Save and fortunately, she did! I gave them the receipt and they saw that I was telling the truth! I did NOT steal nor try to steal from the chemist warehouse. With a smirk on the security guards face he said “You looked like a thief” …. He caused all that unnecessary chaos and distress in my life not because he actually caught me stealing but because I “looked like a thief” to him, LOL!nnThe security guard finally let go of my things and gave them back to me. Neither of them apologised and the security guard just walked away talking back at me LMAO.nnDont shop here in comfortable clothes unless you want to get stopped for looking like a thief

Hi I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. At Christmas 2023 I purchased a Colgate Toothbrush and I had difficulty charging the item - it was defective and I read online it is a common problem. I returned the product to the Glen Innes Branch where I had purchased and showed my proof of purchase via my bank account. A gentleman by the name of Md Mahabub Alam Bhuiyan was extremely helpful, he found the copy of my receipt and gave me a store credit which I immediately purchased a replacemment toothbrush with the credit. Md is a credit to the store and realises the value of customer service - many thanks and appreciate the fantastic treatment!
