Firstly, I want to say that some of these reviews are absolutely crazy because I have only ever had great service here.nnSecondly, I want to make a shout out to Olivia, the pharmacist because she is the sweetest, kindest human that I have ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond and I am so grateful. You guys should be so proud to work with someone like this because she really sets the tone for how customer service should be. I know that customer service can be really hard for the workers and especially in settings like this so I just want to make sure her hard work and dedication to her customers/clients doesn't go unnoticed!

The old Asian lady at the counter was so rude and unhelpful! I decided to walkout of the shop without buying anything. If your staff are stick of telling people your sale if over, maybe they should save the attitude and invest the time to take down the 50% SALE sign that’s being advertised right out the front of your store doors. Pretty misleading!nnI ended up going to Bargain Chemist instead, which actually worked out to be cheaper anyway.

The staff at Chemist Warehouse Birkenhead have little to no protection from five-finger discounters or from physical assault from regularly frittered people. They are wonderful bubbly staff, very patient with impatient entitled customers, I commend all the staff here for turning up, being helpful when I need and staying respectful under pressure.

Special shout out to Chemist Warehouse Birkenhead. Staff are always friendly and helpful. One staff member in particular is AMAZING at her role. Zariah is warm, friendly and always makes me smile with her beautiful customer service

The pharmacy is just terrible , every time we take in a prescription we are told 10 minutes . The waits are usually longer , today being 25 minutes. Always long lines of people waiting to pick up prescriptions. And all but 2 of the staff we have engaged with are downright rudenCheckout, usually has 3 or more people milling around, but generally only 1 or 2 serving.
