Excellent place with all the bits I ever need! Appreciate it for their affordable prices and fast prescriptions. Some things are far more expensive here than the supermarket though, which is surprising. Still, a great place with friendly staff

Awful service from the pharmacy!!! They are so unhelpful and lazy!!! Rather drive to Glenfield or Browns Bay where the service is excellent! Do better Birkenhead, you're giving CW a bad name!!!

Customer service needs some serious attention. Staff may not be knowledgeable or experienced enough. Gotta wait for too long!

Two stars for clean store and decent prices. Was heavily let down by service from newer staff. When I asked about where to find a particular product after doing a walk around the store shows product was available online in this particular store two of the retail assistants at the checkout simply answered with “I don’t know” and “I have no idea”. Not knowing is all good, but I was pretty surprised as the staff did not follow up with reasonable action, like actively checking with another more experienced team member.

I visited to buy Deep Heat to relief my pain. I met a girl at check out and was suddenly freeze for a while. She was beautiful and very friendly by greeting me when I approached the counter. I love her smile.nnIf your house is close to this Chemist Warehouse then do not forget to start your day with her smile, I swear that I will come here everyday just to see her smile
