The old Asian lady at the counter was so rude and unhelpful! I decided to walkout of the shop without buying anything. If your staff are stick of telling people your sale if over, maybe they should save the attitude and invest the time to take down the 50% SALE sign that’s being advertised right out the front of your store doors. Pretty misleading!nnI ended up going to Bargain Chemist instead, which actually worked out to be cheaper anyway.

One lady named 'Jovi ?? who worked 23rd Nov Saturday morning and served at the cashier was quite disrespectful to clients. Her name under Jubelan at receiptnnI bought so many shampoos and body washes, which cost approximately $80 and couldn't fit in one bag that cashier gave me. I was unable to walk with my little daughter to my place half an hour walk, so I asked if I had another bag to divide things to carry because I did not drive today; she answered no, I gave you the bags to carry, no more. The bag was nearly torn as its very thin materials also I had to put so many shampoo products in it that i bought from chemist warehouse and I didn't have an extra bag to put it in. I asked her name because she didn't care about my problem,nShe talked back. You asked for my name because of complain? Go and complain.Unfortunately, I can't offer you the bag. Her tone was quite harsh and disrespectful.nI found the shop supervisor in other side of the shop I explained the dilemma, and she eventually helped me out by giving me an empty box to place stuff in and carry. She was helpful in trying to comprehend the situation.nThe lady's name is Jovi or Jubelan, with an accent similar to Filipino. Be aware of this lady.

I had to buy a syringe to give my daughter her antibiotics for pneumonia and the only plastic syringe they had available was $6.99. That is an absurd cost for a plastic single use syringe. Please stock adequately priced syringes

Normally I don't give out positive feedback on Google but today I have such a great experience with Chemist Warehouse Birkenhead. I came for beauty box when you spend more than $99. I took my time but the staffs was so lovely and helpful. Everyone is smiling and so nice to me. I got the last beauty box. I am really thankful for it, specially to 2 cashier Asian ladies. Very unkind staffs especially female Chinese staff.nI ordered Zoledronic Acid Viatris on 24th of April.The staff said I should wait for 1 or 2days because they have no stocks. I waited but after 1 week they did not prepared the medicine.
