I usually don't review on stores like this but I noticed a 3.7 overall review which is injustice to this place. I've been coming here for many years and still prefer this particular branch above others due to the staff, management, space and tidiness of this place even though it's a bit of drive away for me

Rude unhelpful staff. Went in after 1.5 hours to see if my click and collect was ready the another staff member came along huffed and puffed then went away without saying anything. I assumed she would be grabbing the items but after 5mins she came back and said it would take 4 hours. The order was only 3 small items - it literally took less than 2 mins to get them. I ended up getting them myself and canceling my click and collect. The manager rang me and asked if I canceled my order, but when I started telling him what had happen he talked over the top of me and wouldnt listen to what I was saying. Terrible customer service

Definitely and do highly recommend this CW Store. Staff members have always been helpful and so excellent. CW price matching or price beat policy is like you can have the cake and eat it too. Variety wise there is always so much to chose from. At such a sweet spot with free parking right at the front. Will be back again.

I went to chemist warehouse Westgate this afternoon Saturday at about 3pm. Upon arrival I was told by the security guard to “leave my bag over there” and he pointed at a spot by the door. I said “no, I’d rather not” and he again said “just leave it there”. The spot was right by the door. There was no ticketing system to make sure he gave the right bags back to the right people. There also only seemed to be a couple of bags there so had everyone else also refused this request and just gone in? There was absolutely no preface such as “hi- just letting you know you can no longer bring a handbag into this shop, but we have a secure area to keep it safe for you” - as one would expect with this sort of request. If anyone wanted to, they could pick up anyone’s bag on their way out, even if they didn’t have a bag in the way in! This system needs serious work- and a change of mannerism from the security person before I’ll be back.

I went there today to buy shampoo. Fe was exceptional and super helpful. She went out of her way to find the stock of the product I needed as the shelf was empty.
