The staff at this store are very nice but don't have a clue when it comes to products, most of them can't even find items they sell.nInstead of just employing the first applying for jobs, why don't you train them up on products, where there kept and what they are good for.nYour staff are completely useless.

I absolutely love this store.nnI'd like to thank Amanda 22.11.23 for her outstanding customer service and knowledge of the products in store. She saved me a lot of time which is very important to most of us.nnComing from customer service myself, its a breath of fresh air to recieve it. Thank you Amanda, I see big things in the future for you.nnLong story short. Be like Amanda.

I arranged for someone else to collect my order as I'd been unable to get out and needed the medicine for my children, the person I spoke to said they would pop a note on my order. 2 minutes later the store is refusing to allow said person to collect as no note was left.

I placed the order online for pick up about one hour and when i went there for pick up then one of staff name albern, he is wearing glasses and he is supervised, he don’t know how to talk with customer as well as he is showing his attitude and teach me how came you come without getting any confirmation. Please teach your staff how to behave with customer.

Generally a good service. Have had a couple of issues with my prescriptions. If you have to pay for any of your prescriptions then these guys offer the best value.
