Myself and my partner was looking around for a Mother’s Day gift for my mum, so while we are in the area Lynn mall we might has well pop into chemist warehouse. Instead of stopping on our way home out to Westgate.nnAs we entered chemist warehouse in Lynn mall there was an Indian Women standing in the front entrance of the store and no she wasn’t a security worker either as we entered the store she was locking up the perfume section up.nnWe approached her and I said excuse me hi can we please purchase the black opium perfume 30mls as it was going for $89.99. She walks over and replies walking up and down looking and said go ask the counter to check for you we don’t have it.nnAs me and my partner were walking down looking to see if they have any as I can see on there website they do have it in stock I approached the women saying excuse me here it is I am after this one thank you.nnHer response was no 30mls. So I said no worries could I please have the 50mls which was like $129.99. This women’s response was are you sure it’s a $129. I said yes I’m sure.nnSo without telling me she walks to the counter puts the perfume behind the checkouts. So here is me and my partner following her and her reply was Well you know how it is go wait at the end of the line so RUDELY!nnObviously me and my partner has never come across this because we normally shops at chemist warehouse Westgate but regardless at least she could of told us properly it’s called communication…nnWhile we are waiting to be served me and my partner were talking. This women just seem to not take her eyes off us and kept on staring like we were going to steal or run off with this perfume bottle while it’s still at the checkouts we actually felt uncomfortable….nnIt was coming close for us to be served. She decided to change roles with another male worker to stand by the entrance and came to serve customers….nnYet again she served us, As we got to the checkouts she looked me and my partner with her hands raised and said yeah your stuff with her eyes rolling…nnMy reply was excuse me first of all you just doubt with us 3 minutes ago about the perfume bottle and you want to have a remark like that along with your actions please don’t treat us like that thank you.nnAnyways I paid with my eftpos card instead of payWave I inserted my card and used my pin, while just waiting for that split second I had asked her a question do you sell the gift packs of black opium her response was WHAT! rolling her eyes again….nso as the transaction was approved, she still insisted on giving me the perfume even to the point she looked at the receipt again , I took my stuff and said to her your attitude is so rude…nnWon’t be coming to this chemist warehouse ever again, Should have check reviews before purchasing anything here.

Some staff members are friendly, courteous, talkative and caring, while some are just plain rude. She miss heared my last 4 digits but blame and scold me saying that I say the wrong numbers; also if you need to get things done fast, better stay away from this one. My doctor sent the prescription 30 mins ago, and I told them that I'm coming in 15 mins; but they only get the prescription when I was at the pick up counter and I need to wait again. What's the point of having the prescription sent electronically if you only check it when the patient arrived to pick it up and have to spend more time to wait?nOnly because of those kind staff members that I still gives 4 stars, otherwise it'll be 1 star.

wheelchair accessible and a security guard on duty.nIts a spacious store with long aisles and lots of products and good variety of brands.nIf you are wanting help there are staff floating around they sometimes look busy but just ask them.nThere a few discounts and I find the prices lower shopping there.nI guess the free prescription is the big incentive which is really good.shop on linenI have had not to much trouble with staff in finding and making purchases.nThey now accept after pay which is great.
