Some staff members are friendly, courteous, talkative and caring, while some are just plain rude. She miss heared my last 4 digits but blame and scold me saying that I say the wrong numbers; also if you need to get things done fast, better stay away from this one. My doctor sent the prescription 30 mins ago, and I told them that I'm coming in 15 mins; but they only get the prescription when I was at the pick up counter and I need to wait again. What's the point of having the prescription sent electronically if you only check it when the patient arrived to pick it up and have to spend more time to wait?nOnly because of those kind staff members that I still gives 4 stars, otherwise it'll be 1 star.

i rang yesterday 7 times but no one answered the call to tell me if there was a repeat prescription.nso frustrating as I had to leave work to go and ask a simple question and travel 2 kms in busy traffic.nWhen asked one guy said we are so busy, hello is this customer service?

I never leave reviews let along a 1 star. This is for the Pharmacy in particular since i've had no issues with the store staff. I went in to fill a repeat script for a controlled medication. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to get my script filled, I get told that its not correct, please call your Dr etc. So i would have to bother my Dr to resent a script even though it was done days ago. Turns out they never did the admin correctly on their side to begin with. They also never explicitly mentioned to me that my script had an expiry. So now i have to go back to my DR AGAIN and get them to re - issue the script. If they had told me from the first time I picked up my repeat script all the information, the hassle could have been completely avoided.nI appreciate that it's a busy store, but just give the right information.
