Absolutely disgusting manner - not even service- by a female Indian staff pharmacist tonight interrogating my husband on the prescription he was picking up for me which was given by my specialist. Honestly we won’t be coming back, - I’d rather pay abit more for my specialist prescriptions and have decent staff who have people skills and manners towards their paying customers!!!!

I went to Chemist Warehouse today. The staff are just not willing to help. They do as little as possible to offer any assistance and do their absolute best to try and ignore customers. I had to laugh, while I was there another customer was complaining to a staff member and wanted to talk to the manager. The staff member said the customer would have to wait 20 minutes to talk to the manager. The staff member didn’t even try to remedy the problem, they just added upset onto upset. I was there waiting for assistance and ended up just not getting any assistance. I left without buying the product. Don’t go to Chemist Warehouse if you want service because they don’t care and neither do the management!

Pathetic service. Waited about half an hour for my prescription. People who came and dropped off prescriptions after me got theirs first and names were callednThey saw me drop it off and stand infront of where you collect it from, and didn’t even bother to call my name when it was readynI had to ask how much longer I need to wait and as soon as I asked, the other girl just picked it up from the counter and gave it to me. It was just sitting there ready and no one bothered to call out my name like they did with the others. Do better we're all human beings

Cold staff, tickets on the shelf that are priced incorrectly or for future catalogues, do not honor misleading prices or refund when overcharged, not offered their normally free paper bag, somehow the pharmacist are also rude, security arent any better either. Probably one of the locations to avoid, by far the worst overall I have been to around the whole country.
