Cold staff, tickets on the shelf that are priced incorrectly or for future catalogues, do not honor misleading prices or refund when overcharged, not offered their normally free paper bag, somehow the pharmacist are also rude, security arent any better either. Probably one of the locations to avoid, by far the worst overall I have been to around the whole country.

Good variety of perfumes, and some are even priced lower than the market, which is great, not sure why, but there are definitely some good deals available. However, the customer service could be improved. The staff were okay, but the overall service wasn’t quite up to the mark and could use some attention to make the shopping experience better.

We actually had very good customer service from staff member Lunzou. We were given very good advice on which fragrance to purchase as a gift. We did not feel hurried or pressured. We bought many bottles 26!because of the patience shown to us. Thank you!

I went to Chemist Warehouse today. The staff are just not willing to help. They do as little as possible to offer any assistance and do their absolute best to try and ignore customers. I had to laugh, while I was there another customer was complaining to a staff member and wanted to talk to the manager. The staff member said the customer would have to wait 20 minutes to talk to the manager. The staff member didn’t even try to remedy the problem, they just added upset onto upset. I was there waiting for assistance and ended up just not getting any assistance. I left without buying the product. Don’t go to Chemist Warehouse if you want service because they don’t care and neither do the management!
