If you need help or advice, they’re always helpful, and they listen better than my thankfully former doctor did. They helped navigate a really difficult time for me. Can’t recommend them enough.

I visited Chemist Warehouse today, bought some items, and was referred by Christine, the locum, to the pharmacist for a further product I wanted.nChristine, the dispensary staff, was cheerful, enthusiastic, and respectful. She spoke well and informed me that the product I was interested in required an interview. She organised the interview form for me, accompanied me to the waiting area, and explained to me that there were 3 others also requiring interviews. She warned me that there would be a wait. I could see it was extremely busy. Being forewarned, I did not mind the wait, which was not very long considering how busy it was. Also, being treated well helps a great deal when you need to wait.nThe lady pharmacist was efficient and professional. She apologised for the delay. She explained the medication and how to use it very thoroughly. She also had a pleasant manner and made me feel at ease.nI really appreciate both these staff members. They are a credit to Chemist Warehouse.
