If the company cannot match price or just doing fake advertisement then just say that.nnThey have to go through 3 managers to match the $0.59 price while I have been getting this price for 6m.nThis whole process is not only taking 20min while I have a crying baby.nnThe lady is trying to say I am aggressive after I told her 3 times I have been getting it for many times and she doesn’t listen. And threaten to not service me. I deal with customers I know how it is. I generally ask her to print the policies she didn’t !nnNeither the company is teaching the staff to be cheap and mean. Or the company didn’t train the staff properly . Or they make it long on purpose to make customer walk!nnTotally disgusting!

My wife called ahead to confirm availability, and they confirmed the medicine was in stock. However, upon arrival, the staff specifically an Indian lady supervisor denied availability, claimed no record of the call, and implied it was only for regular customers. After I explained the situation and requested they check the call log, they asked me to wait 15 minutes, and eventually provided the medicine.nnThe lack of communication and inconsistent information between phone and in-store staff was disappointing. It would have been helpful if they had informed us about any issues over the phone, saving us time and frustration. Improvement in internal communication and customer service would enhance the experience.

Leanne needs to be trained on how to provide customer service and not walk away from customer who clearly needing assistance. Further more, communicate better and focus less on your work mates when a customer is on front of you.
