I visited the store 15 mins before closing tonight and I received really good service from staff while grabbing some last minute items. A very special mention to Shayal who served me at the counter, who gave me a really good recommendation on a few sunscreen options, which I managed to choose one from. She was lovely, very helpful and took the time to show me the options in store. Now I can't wait to use the sunscreen she recommended, on my holiday. Shayal thank you for your wonderful service, you are AMAZING. Keep being great!
Felt so racially profiled as soon as I stepped in the store on Monday 4th March came in 30mins before closing to grab something and was watched immediately was even worse when I came back in again not long after with my 1 year old daughter and partner the way we were the only ones being watched by the lady at the door just looking down our aisle and when I was trying to button my baby’s pants at the front of the store beside her she was trying to look at us. Made us feel like we were criminals the whole time. The person at the counter was lovely but the security or whatever big nope.
I would want to express my gratitude to thenIndian woman security guard. She is incredibly kind and humble, and she constantly saves me time when I go shopping by providing me with accurate information about the items, locations, and other details.
Poor service, had never been here before but probably the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to despite not many people there. Understaffed and poor communication
