Chemist Warehouse Onehunga

Worst shopping experience - extremely rude manager:non 8 Dec at 2.43pm, when I was looking for a product, a bottle nearby Difflam Plus sore throat spray fell and broke, due to the cramp shelfing of the products. The manager at the time rushed towards me asking me to pay for the broken product in a rudest way possible, and shouting at me 'you broke it, you must pay'. They forced me to pay for the broken item even though I believed it was an accident and not my fault. Had it been placed properly in the shelf, the accident would never happen.nAttacking customers to pay for an accidental broken item and shouting at them only for $23.99, I'd say disgusting manner of handling things.nVery disappointing experience.

A busy store but with terrible protocols which do zip to focus on customer service. I went in to collect a script, waited ages because of a queue, got told I had to pay for one of the items which is completely fine, I wasnt allowed to take the item and pay on the way out, no, I had to then walk to the front of the store, queue again to pay and then walk back to the prescription area and queue for a 3rd time all because why? They think I'm gonna run out the store? Boxing it in a security box or having a till at the prescription counter aren't options to provide good customer service? So fricking annoying which is reflected in my rating. The finger to chemist warehouse Onehunga!

Great spot and many parking spaces. Plenty of offers too.

The convenience of Chemist Warehouse Onehunga is the parking. It also tends to stock a wide variety of items which is convenient. I cannot say that prices are good across the board. One should do a price check/ match . It’s also rather busy and impersonal

It sucks, in stock when i saw the product but when i went for the purchase they don't have a stock i went 4 chemist warehouse in 2 hours but no one had in stock just online showing the stock, shut the door close we doesn't need store like thisnEven when i went to the pakuranga store they told me onehunga have stock of 6.. but when i went they told me go to the pakuranga what a Joke even they don't know but they working for same company they deserve only 0 star but i don't have option
