Chemist Warehouse Onehunga

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Sandamaili for the amazing help. I couldn’t find the baby product I needed, and while I was looking around, she noticed right away and came over. Even though the shelf was empty, she checked the stock and brought it to me quickly. She was super friendly and helpful. I also saw her helping other customers the same way. She is a great example of what good customer service is all about.

Horrible! We needed to get products for our sick baby, went to Chemist Warehouse in Onehunga at 7.54pm and they had already closed their doors so no one could get in. If it says you close at 8pm, your doors should be closed at 8pm and not any earlier! Absolutely disgusting!

What is the point of paying online to click and collect while the staff are sitting around not even keeping an eye on the click and collect counter. Then to be told to come around to the staff who is sitting around who tells me “it’s alright”when it’s not alright. If I had to wait - why is there a click and collect option. Further more she is holding my ID - and she is asking me for an order number. Whilst I said I placed the order, thought she would use her common sense and put that into the system - Service level poor - need staff training asap

So here's a brutally honest review. Some of the staff are genuine and nice people, very polite and helpful. However, the pickup for prescriptions or dropoffs are awful. Rude, condescending and won't hesitate to shush you. I get that they seem understaffed but it's no excuse for rudeness, I honestly think some of these workers have a right stick up their @$$. The only reason this place is getting a two star from me is the other staff members and the fact that they have just about everything you could need from a pharmacy.

I switched to chemist warehouse Onehunga a while ago. They have a wide range and clearly a great marketing machine but their service is horrible. It is clear this is set up for a ‘mass production’ approach, so there is very little focus on the individual or customer service etiquette. Staff are generally dismissive and unhelpful & the turn around time for filling scripts is poor. Not the place to go to if you need a more personalised approach.
