Chemist Warehouse Onehunga

So here's a brutally honest review. Some of the staff are genuine and nice people, very polite and helpful. However, the pickup for prescriptions or dropoffs are awful. Rude, condescending and won't hesitate to shush you. I get that they seem understaffed but it's no excuse for rudeness, I honestly think some of these workers have a right stick up their @$$. The only reason this place is getting a two star from me is the other staff members and the fact that they have just about everything you could need from a pharmacy.

Rude store, rude security guard. Should protect yourself if you don’t steal anything from the store, and the security guard treat you, or judge you like a shop lifter. If they ask you to open the bags, just ask them back, what do they want to see? Why they asked to check your bags and not the others? Ask them to check the security cameras, what is evidence? They don’t treat you like a customer, Why do you treat the customer like a thief?

The store is great don't get me wrong. Just some of your workers are of no use. Ask for help just to be ignored.nnAs well as security following us around even though we paid and he'd seen us still say to check my bags. Really should be watching his own.nnHeaps of room for improvement!

Not a welcoming store. Really rude area, won’t come back in this store. The store’s products are higher than online. I need to buy a lot, so I decided to do it online instead of buying in the store. When you don’t buy anything. Security guard asked me to stop and check all of my bags.Really really bad, because they don’t even check the others. That security guard really judgemental and super rude. It is a scary rude place. Won’t come to this store again.

I recently called the Onehunga branch of Chemist Warehouse to inquire about a product, and I had the pleasure of speaking with James.
