The lady pharmacist made me pay for a brand of salbutamol that is not funded when in fact they have the funded brands. You should explain well to your customers and not try get money out of their pockets. So rude. They helped me refund though, and get the funded ones. Just so annoying that they did not explain well and just had me pay in the cashier.
