Security guy on shift around 1:30pm on 22 October 2024 was doing his job, but was doing his job poorly. I was comparing supplements and was checking out the packaging of 1 supplement when I was suddenly and firmly told not to open the packaging as they won't be able to sell it. Now I totally understand where he is coming from as some packaging would have a plastic ring around the container to seal the product. He must have assumed I tampered it by opening a product. Too bad the item I checked didn't have a plastic ring seal though! He could have asked or told me in a better way. Very rude and I felt bad for checking out products in store.

This place had everything even Star Wars Cologne lol. Only thing it didn’t have was Neosporin. Not sure what the NZ equivalent is. But we tried this honey-ointment.

The staff here are not friendly and questioning customer like a criminal.nI have shown them the price available in pak n save , allowing them to check it . They just want to make it so complicated and delay and not processing and making calls etc . Using any excuse to delay while I am holding a crying baby ! 30min to price match ! Totally unacceptable !nnIf You cannot ! Don’t say you can price match! Fake advertising! I am calling comcom ! And fair trading act !

Beware! I got distracted and stayed 1.5 hours in the car park a lot of the time just sitting in my car.
