Worst shopping experience - extremely rude manager:non 8 Dec at 2.43pm, when I was looking for a product, a bottle nearby Difflam Plus sore throat spray fell and broke, due to the cramp shelfing of the products. The manager at the time rushed towards me asking me to pay for the broken product in a rudest way possible, and shouting at me 'you broke it, you must pay'. They forced me to pay for the broken item even though I believed it was an accident and not my fault. Had it been placed properly in the shelf, the accident would never happen.nAttacking customers to pay for an accidental broken item and shouting at them only for $23.99, I'd say disgusting manner of handling things.nVery disappointing experience.

It sucks, in stock when i saw the product but when i went for the purchase they don't have a stock i went 4 chemist warehouse in 2 hours but no one had in stock just online showing the stock, shut the door close we doesn't need store like thisnEven when i went to the pakuranga store they told me onehunga have stock of 6.. but when i went they told me go to the pakuranga what a Joke even they don't know but they working for same company they deserve only 0 star but i don't have option

I've used this pharmacy for at least 5 years because it's free to get my medication and close to home.nToday I had the best experience with one of their staff, I went to collect my medication and a lady named Wendy asked for my name than surname and I didn't have to spell it out for her amazing and somehow there was a mix up with my medication between the Dhb and my Gp, we managed to work it out because of her. Thank you Wendy and chemist warehouse.nnFriday 26.03.2026nTwo customer service lied about receiving my prescription and than Mahummad than proceeds to say well go some where else and no I can't have my medicationin in blister pack, I don't care just give my medication, I go and get it the next day ,get home and mahummid hasn't given all my medication seriously also he's written customer wanted medication loose yep mahummid put words into my mouth, I get there ask why I wasn' given meds, because it's not discounted seriously these people I went to pay cs staff member says you can't pay here before I can take my medication mahummid proceeds to put it in a lock container, no problem mahummid , go to pay and they couldn't open the box because of mahummid, another 10 minutes waiting until they managed to get it open.nMahummid your an absolute star. Im happy to have a conversation with any member of the management team

Walked in and immediately profiled by the staff of a particular race, but if you've been there you'll know what I mean. They followed my sons around the store, another member wasn't able to assist me trying to locate an item. Spent over $150 here, and eyes were on us the whole time. The worst shopping experience, especially around Christmas time. Happy to lodge a formal complaint. Staff need to learn basic customer service skills. Very annoyed.

Horrible! We needed to get products for our sick baby, went to Chemist Warehouse in Onehunga at 7.54pm and they had already closed their doors so no one could get in. If it says you close at 8pm, your doors should be closed at 8pm and not any earlier! Absolutely disgusting!
