Unichem Glendowie Pharmacy

Usually I get good service from this pharmacy which is 2 minutes from my home. Today, however, when I thought I was doing the right thing by attempting to hand in expired Covid tests, I was told repeatedly in an authoritative manner that these should be put in the rubbish bin and cut off when trying to ask if I could still return expired medicines there, and also when I tried to apologise for my ignorance. This repetition unfortunately continued until I left the pharmacy. I am a customer but I was not asked if I needed anything else. This tesponse was extremely embarrassing, as there were other customers present. It was very disappointing. I was always told not to be afraid to ask stupid questions and I had no idea I was attempting to do the wrong thing. I don't think the continuing repetition until I left was necessary. I am rather fearful of ever going to my closest pharmacy again in case I might be treated like this because of my unwitting ignorance.

I have always had excellent service and all staff are caring and do all they can to help and advise in the best way possible. A special thanks to Amanda for always treating me with respect and for going the extra mile to ensue all my needs are met.

Such a fantastic pharmacy. Caring community pharmacy service the way pharmacies used to be back in the day. Joyce who works Mon- Fri is such a gem, as are all the staff., but she really goes above and beyond.

The Staff and owner are amazing. They are so helpful and caring. Nothing is to much trouble.
