Chemist Warehouse Pakuranga

When I took a prescription to get filled, I gave it to the ladies at the back of the store and they were awesome. They were fast and friendly. If you have repeats they will send a text before it's due to remind you.nnI felt like I couldn't have a proper look around the shop though because the security guard had eyes on me all the time. I'm no thief and there are mirrors around so she didn't have to be so close.nOverall it's a great little CW.

Slow service and rude.nI went to pick up my click and collect. I was not able to provide the cashier my order number. An Indian cashier was very rude and tried to correct the way she spoke to me by teaching me a lesson of their click and collect policy. She could have looked up my name and verified my ID but she would rather be rude than try to do a work around for her customers.

perfect location, beautiful store, and fast free prescriptions. on my two only recent visits, it was a great experience. thank you, Chemist Warehouse and the Carter family

Rude staff, don't recommend. Been to many Chemist warehouses and never been treated like this.nnNeed better end of day trading procedures and organization.nnLeft what we wanted to buy behind and went elsewhere. Not coming back.nnImprove your customer service for end of day. Other times were okay, but this simply ruined my view of this store. I'd rather go to Sylvia park now. Good parking options and much larger. This store should be closed or have serious intervention from HQ.

Had a quick stop by after lunch. Friendly staff and they had quite a lot of items on the shelves. They probably have most things you'd need from a pharmacy like their other branches.
