When I took a prescription to get filled, I gave it to the ladies at the back of the store and they were awesome. They were fast and friendly. If you have repeats they will send a text before it's due to remind you.nnI felt like I couldn't have a proper look around the shop though because the security guard had eyes on me all the time. I'm no thief and there are mirrors around so she didn't have to be so close.nOverall it's a great little CW.

I’ve been here about three times, only because the location is convenient; there’s nothing else good about this place. They have the worst customer service of any Chemist Warehouse I’ve visited in Auckland. The cashier at the front counter always appears unwelcoming and arrogant.nnLast time, she packed everything in a thin paper bag, which tore as soon as she handed it to me, causing a glass bottle supplement to shatter. She made me feel as if it was my fault. I had to go back to the shelf to get a replacement, and she didn’t offer any apology—just an angry expression. If it weren’t for my child being unwell and needing somewhere close, I wouldn’t have come back.

Slow service and rude.nI went to pick up my click and collect. I was not able to provide the cashier my order number. An Indian cashier was very rude and tried to correct the way she spoke to me by teaching me a lesson of their click and collect policy. She could have looked up my name and verified my ID but she would rather be rude than try to do a work around for her customers.

My wife recently visited Chemist Warehouse Pakuranga to buy a few protein bars. Unfortunately, her experience was very disappointing. Staff members refused to answer her questions and followed her around the store, which made her feel uncomfortable and singled out. This behavior felt intrusive and even somewhat discriminatory. The same attitude was displayed at the billing counter, making her experience even more unpleasant. It was the first time we encountered such awkward and unprofessional behavior from the staff. This left a really negative impression of the store.

SHAME ON ALL THE STAFF AT THIS BRANCH! SHAME SHAME SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!nMy family and I came here on Wednesday 12th Nov in the afternoon to do some shopping for my grandbaby and as soon as we arrived my kids were followed everywhere by the staff and security. One of the staff members, Asian lady with short hair up to her neck, came over and whispered to the security and staff about 6 of them and then they all started following my family around ‍ This PMO and tbh this treatment is wrong and disgusting! I had to ask the staff at one point for the manager, who was not there what a coincidence! and why they were only following my family when there were other people shopping too but no one was following them. They didn't answer so I asked if my kids had stolen anything but they walked away! Is this how they treat all Pasefika people that come into the store? Or only if they're wearing track pants and jeans and hoodies!nSHAME!
