The worst customer service ever. I was going to buy a cream but then noticed that the foil inside had already been opened. So I went to grab another one and was checking to make sure it wasn’t open.nnThen an Indian female staff immediately said, “Don’t open it.”nSay that to the idiot who actually opened the product! She might have assumed I was doing something wrong because I’m Asian.nnEven after I explained that I was just checking to make sure it hadn’t already been opened, she didn’t even apologize. Very rude and unacceptable.nnThe security guard also greeted only me when I entered the store, not the white lady who walked in just before me. There is no need to single me out and check my face. I am not going to steal anything. I am just Asian.

This chemist warehouse has one of the laziest pharmacist and worse service. Twice I was turned away to go to another chemist warehouse cos my meds would take too long to prepare. And they don't even use a polite tone or offer any apology for that.

They questioned me before I was in the store. What was in my bag? I had walked and brought your own bag. Terrible that security, treat you like you have stolen something, avoid this branch very unfriendly.

When I took a prescription to get filled, I gave it to the ladies at the back of the store and they were awesome. They were fast and friendly. If you have repeats they will send a text before it's due to remind you.nnI felt like I couldn't have a proper look around the shop though because the security guard had eyes on me all the time. I'm no thief and there are mirrors around so she didn't have to be so close.nOverall it's a great little CW.

I’ve been here about three times, only because the location is convenient; there’s nothing else good about this place. They have the worst customer service of any Chemist Warehouse I’ve visited in Auckland. The cashier at the front counter always appears unwelcoming and arrogant.nnLast time, she packed everything in a thin paper bag, which tore as soon as she handed it to me, causing a glass bottle supplement to shatter. She made me feel as if it was my fault. I had to go back to the shelf to get a replacement, and she didn’t offer any apology—just an angry expression. If it weren’t for my child being unwell and needing somewhere close, I wouldn’t have come back.
