I would not recommend this store — you’re better off travelling to another branch.nnThis store really needs to focus on improving customer service. The staff were unfriendly, and when asking for assistance you’re left feeling like you need to apologise for disturbing them. Every experience I’ve had here has been quite unpleasant.nnThere was also a lot of stock, staff sitting, and ladders blocking the aisles, making it difficult to move around the store safely.nnI purchased several items, including some delicate gifts, and asked for a bag. Unfortunately, the items were simply thrown into the bag, with heavier products placed on top, bending and squashing the smaller items. A little more care and attention to customers’ purchases would go a long way.

Staff are wonderful, one gentleman went out of his way and stopped pushing a trolley full if boxes to ask another staff to which a particular supplement is located, then he walked me to the aisle and the section, kudos on you sir

Don't recommend this Chemist at all.nnI have no clue why they appointed a lady whom was older than most workers and had maybe a sprained foot/leg on the door as security.nAs soon as I stepped foot into there she had eyed me out and was watching me she even got up from her station which is right by the entrance to follow me around the perfume area in which I was deciding on a few that I wanted. And decided on 2 and even follows me right up to the checkout to pay then decides to ask me if she could check my receipt to make sure the items I had matched the items in my hand.nWhere clearly she could see me walking straight from the checkout to the door which isn't hard to miss and seen I was walking directly out.nHaven't been back since I felt the need to exchange words as I felt so uncomfortable and couldn't believe how damn rude the employees were their the checkout lady was just as bad.nMaybe need to look at re training some of your workers Chemist Warehouse I can also add that the Botany and Ormiston branches are quite similar, in my opinion but the Pakuranga branch by far will have to be the worst.

Honestly reckon Julen or whatever her name is should just step down from her job. If she knows she can’t handle slow customers then I don’t think being in a customer service job is suitable for her. I really don’t mind if she rolls her eyes at me but to someone who’s over 60, either she learns to be patient or just quits entirely. Restocking staff was great though, real helpful and went an extra mile to come back and help us
