I’ve had really good experiences at Uni Chem Pharmacy on Browns Road. The staff are always super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. They don’t make you feel rushed and are happy to answer questions or explain things in a way that’s easy to understand.nnPrescriptions are usually done pretty quickly and the whole place feels organised and clean. Every time I’ve gone in, the team has been welcoming and helpful, and you can tell they actually care about helping people rather than just getting you in and out.nnOverall, just a really reliable and nice pharmacy to go to. Definitely recommend if you want good service and friendly staff.

I ordered an urgent Opsite Flexigrid 6cm x 7cm gauze for an injury via ubereats. This arrived with the outer package and nothing inside. To top that off, it was expired! I don't know what the effects this could have had on the injury. After being passed around to several people, nobody knew how to refund me so I will be arranging this myself via ubereats. The last guy was really apologetic which I accepted but it does not change the fact that had the item been in there, why are they selling expired pharmaceutical products?! I will NOT be using them again.

Worst service ever. No matter how many times, My mother is trying to get her meds sussed out for monthly so she does not run out. How do you guys screw up so much. How many times must we go through the doctors for you to get her prescription sussed out.nWorst service. You got to wait until she is dying till you decide to do something.
