Unichem Browns Road Pharmacy

I went in for our passport photos and and I didn't like how my one turned out but it was completely my fault. I went in to do a retake and they kindly did it without any complains. Very kind and friendly staff. I'm very satisfied and would recommend for anyone to take photos here. Thanks

Taking up to 45min to receive the free prescribed medication.

This pharmacy looks old and rundown once you step inside everything looks out of date. Staff were not very friendly or helpful at all. I spent a good 20mins looking around with my baby no one else was in the store and not one staff member said hi or asked if I needed help with anything.

One of the best pharmacies in Auckland, wide range of products and such helpful staff. Especially Shalini who took her time to explain everything to me. Very knowledgable and amazing customer service.

Couldn't ask for better service. Absolutely fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend
